Went here for the Halloween kids pack and decided to get dinner for the family. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and found out at the payment window that the kids meal is not free unless it was dine in. I went through three advertisements and it was not noted anywhere that it was a dine in only deal. I was surprised to learn about the stipulation at the window and the cashier proceeded to ask me " do you want it or not?" In a rude tone. I did not appreciate the customer service provided when given misleading information through A&W's advertising. At that point, we took our food and left and additionally, to our surprise, the drinks provided were also wrong. I would not recommend coming to this location.
Today was supposed to be free kids pack for Halloween, this store isn't doing it until 3pm ... With the restaurant full with a bunch of kids as well as drive thru full as I seen kids packs giving out left right and centre ... And also witnessed a mother come in with her two children who actually had to leave because it was supposed to be free and at this store they have changed it to be after three ... Her kids were crying ... Honestly outrageous...

We stopped in as a couple to have a quick meal before the movies.
Ordered 2 Teen Combos, the restaurant was busy with 3 people ahead of us and at least 5 still waiting for their food.
After taking our order it took 15 minutes for the kitchen to produce our burgers and an additional 10 more minutes to produce our fries... Needless to say our burgers were cold by the time the fries arrived.
After taking 25 minutes to be able to eat it was disappointing to say the least.
Been to this location many times over the years but this was definitely the worst service I've experienced here.

I recently used the A&W drive-in service, and it was a great experience, largely thanks to the excellent service provided by Shubham. From the moment I pulled in, Shubham was quick to greet me with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring that the ordering process was smooth and easy. As soon as I place my order at the mic he already knows it's me and what I usually order.
The food arrived promptly, hot, and exactly as I ordered. What really stood out was Shubham’s attention to detail—he made sure everything was correct, checked in to see if I needed anything else, and delivered everything with a smile. It’s rare to find such attentive service, especially at a drive-in, and Shubham made the experience that much better.
I’ll definitely be returning to this A&W drive-in location, knowing the service is consistently excellent. Thanks again, Shubham, for making my visit a pleasure!

female worker with headset wiped runny nose twice before bagging my food. would not wash hands when requested verbally. also noticed Man worker only man on shift, go from cash handling to food handling with no hand washing. was appalled.
