I’m a regular customer at this location and whenever there is a mistake made by the staff I have never complained last night I ordered two combo s and received uncooked chicken burger s. The next day when I returned to the restaurant to show them and make a formal complaint they gave me the speech of that the manager said they will only replace the burger usually when u order a combo you want to enjoy it altogether. When I requested the restaurant to replace my receipt since both burgers are not edible. The manager that they called no names mentioned they told me that they are not going to that and I should have brought back the whole combo. I have supported this location for many years and know feel that service and quality are lacking. I have been reluctant to write the reviews of all the bad times from the coffee spilling on to me when the drive through never put the lid on correctly to even when they screw up simple lunches. This time it’s different cause it seems they can mess up and you as a customer have to pay the price and deal with all the mistakes made by the restaurant. Hope this is not the A&W moddo.
