This used to be a good spot tonight I went there drive threw the girl got my order wrong 3 times giving full sugar pop when asked for zero and then had to go back in burger was wrong fries chewy.. then soon leaving was stared down while I ate my sandwich from “staff” and their friends was a wild experience never will I go back and I love Arby’s

I like their sandwich selections.. they only location i know of in the lower mainland is the one in Aldergrove. It was good but I haven't have their curly fries in a while but I thought they could taste better.. but I will definitely be going back again..
I love Arby's. It's a shame I have to drive like 45 minutes in either direction of my home in Surrey to get to one.

Waited almost 10 mins for drive Thur. Never got the full order . Called wasn't allowed to speak to the manager and told to drive back to get the missing items and nothing for my time and gas for there mistake

Very rude employee there when I was going to get a refill of my drink she said It'll be 5 minutes I simply said oh why 5 minutes then she rased her voice very rudely and said It'll be 5 minutes I said to her I'm not yelling at you so don't yell at me show me with the same respect then she lowered her voice and said I wasn't yelling at you and I said yes you were because I called her out on It and today's date Is July 23 2025
