Asked for Arby’s sauce for a $33 dollar order . Got 2 packs , I get it’s a free condiment but it’s one of the reason I go to Arby’s . Wish they were not so cheap on the sauce . At least one per item . ( 4 sandwiches and 2 fries )

So it was 830pm and I needed something to eat, decided to finally give Arby's a go... Man was I disappointed. I dont know if the owner doesn't care about his food but I dont think Ive ever had such a poor quality sandwich in my life. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I was given the coldest Beef and Cheddar sandwich known to man. You might as well have kept it inside and thrown it into a microwave for 10 seconds. Paying 25 dollars for two Beef and Cheddars, a montreal smoked meat poutine and a large drink only to be given cold food after waiting 15 minutes is something that should not happen for a fast food restaurant. If I were the owner I'd be extremely ashamed. The ONLY way I'd be going back is to have the owner give me back my money for the terrible food that his staff gave me.

Got here before noon and decided to dine in. We were one of the first people to come in, and a lot of the tables were dirty like they had never been cleaned. Besides that, the food was awesome.
Good food, and clean surroundings.Kid-friendliness: They have a bell at the door my kids like to ring if they like the food, and they have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp and a lot of wheel chair accessible seating.
