Chai - Authentic &Fresh

The paneer pakora was fried perfectly. The mirchi burger was cooked so well, it was so juicy.
I was so disappointed in how salty the food was though. The pakora was pretty salty, but edible, it was the odd bite that would really hit. The burger was overloaded. The salt was so overboard that it ruined the flavour. The saving grace was the cream sauce. Once the sauce ran out though, I couldn’t finish it.
Only lost one star as this is my first experience and I’m hoping it was a fluke.

Today, I came through the drive thru. I ordered a cardamom tea which was really good. It was having perfect amount of sugar and served hot. But the only bad thing was the cup in which they served the tea, that cup is not good for serving hot drinks because when i had my first sip it taste bad just because of the material of the cup which is not good for health. Only thing that needs to be improved is using the right disposable cups.

Really good food ! Feels like Indian homestyle

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got to today but I’m super confused and disappointed. I ordered the masala chai as the person working there recommended it over than the cardamom chai. When my partner and I tried the drink it just tasted like hot water?? It smells like chai and looks like chai but it has no flavour unfortunately. I see that there are lots of great reviews so I'm not really sure what happened with my experience

I went through the drive thru and tried Chai for the first time today and I don't know why I haven't tried it sooner. I ordered the paneer roll and a cardamom chai and both were delicious. I didn't rank the atmosphere because I didn't go in but I will definitely be coming back for more tasty food and chai!

Great food and service. The tea is amazing and I am excited to see this drive thru concept in lower mainland. I tried their poutine also and it was so good and so filling. Will come again and try more food. Kudos to this team for making such a tasty Indian food.

I didn’t realize the Chai - Authentic & Fresh was at a gas station with its own drive-thru. Nevertheless, we eventually found it despite parking in the wrong lot. Got two large cups of chai - masala and ginger. They will ask whether you want sugar or jaggery (an Indian sweetener). Out of the two drinks, I preferred the ginger chai more as there was more depth of flavour than the masala chai.
