I recently tried the chai, bread pakora, chickpeas rice bowl, and Roohafza shake at Chai Authentic. The chai was excellent — it had a rich, homemade flavor that felt very comforting. The bread pakora was superb, perfectly crisp and flavorful, though it would be even better if they served it with green chutney.

The chickpeas rice bowl portion was generous, but the taste could have been better. I requested it to be spicy, but it turned out milder than expected. The Roohafza shake was refreshing and delicious, though slightly expensive for the quantity provided.

However, the service was quite slow — it took a long time to receive both the chai and the food. It would also be great if they offered a dine-in option, as their menu and taste deserve a better experience than just takeout.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with good quality food and drinks, but there’s room for improvement in service speed and dine-in availability.

I’ve visited this place several times, and it never disappoints! The food is absolutely incredible—especially the Shahi Paneer Bowl, Paneer Pakoras, and Bread Pakoras. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced.

The service is always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, authentic food with a warm atmosphere. Definitely a favorite!

It was first time to go there and have a best experience with them. I ordered panner pakoras, bread pakoras and cold coffee. It was the best food I ever had from my time in Canada. The customer service was beyond expected and I will suggest them to open their restaurant in Surrey as well😁

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this Chai Authentic and Fresh. I’ve been coming here regularly, and let me just say… this place never disappoints. The name says it all — the chai is honestly the best I’ve had outside of home. Authentic flavors, perfectly brewed, and always served piping hot.

Their snacks and food are just as incredible — fresh, flavorful, and made with so much love. You can literally taste the difference. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly — they make you feel like family every time you walk in.

This spot has become my little escape for comfort food and good vibes. Whether I’m meeting up with friends or just grabbing a quick solo bite, this place always hits the spot. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out

Honestly, this chai spot is my new go-to. Their adrak chai is spot on — strong, fresh, and has that perfect ginger warmth. Tastes just like the chai you’d get at home.I also tried the paneer wrap and it was SO good. The paneer was soft and well-seasoned.
