McDonald’s has ALWAYS been great even though I will sometimes eat at the other fast-food joints… But because Trump loves McDonalds AND because they got world-wide attention when one of their workers called 9-11 that led to the capture of the “CEO Killer”, Luigi Mangione, I’m very happy they did and put the Altoona, Pennsylvania location on the map 👍🏼

A review for Brian. In an industry where customer care tends to fall behind and each customer is nothing more than a numbered order Brian has remembered us. Kept it professional, while keeping his job #1 but returning a sense of appreciation to his returning customers. His ever positive attitude is a breath of fresh air, we wish him the best in anything and everything he does. McDonalds is lucky to have you on staff.

Very poor service in special night time , I visited 7 times to pickup order and they don’t deliver on time they should. Change and trained staff for value of time and customer service

Order is almost always screwd up. And as I work night shift. I can say they are definitely not 24h. Quite often they are not serving anything around 1 to 3 am

Unfortunately for the community members of aldergroove were stuck with the horrible service at this location. Just ordered a double quarter pounder Blt. They chucked the food in a box and kind enough to included a huge end of the lettuce. The location needs a complete audit and some mystery shoppers. Hands down worst McDonald's around. Don't stop here plenty of great choices at each corner, they would be happy to take you money and give you quality in return. This is not the first time but it is now the last. Can't knock the staff when managment is to blame. Hands down worst McDonald's in BC
