Kingsway is a small location. When school is back in it isn’t so noisy. The staff is great. I think the staff should have a microphone to call out the numbers of the completed orders.

I and my workmates often come this place and its only 5 minutes drive from workplace. We ordered for dine in most of the time and drive thru sometimes. The service was good. 👍 Workers are busy but they still provide a good service. The place was okay. You can charge your device also while having dine in orders 👍👍 Plenty of parking space as well. Thanks guys 👌

We live in the area and frequently go to this McDonald’s (once or twice a week). Usually the service has been good. We always order a couple happy meals for the kids with sauces for their nuggets. For the third time this week , the staff have not provided the sauces that we have ordered. I noticed I was charged for the extra sauces that are not included with the happy meal, and yet , no sauces on all three instances were not provided. Not a great experience and staff should be more aware of this.

Tried this location again after a few bad experiences and they forgot a hashbrown from my order. I wouldn't care if they weren't priced as if they were gold plated. Please bring back living wages so your workers actually care about their jobs.

Today I went through the drive thru at 1:30pm. The guy Sahib at the first window was super funny and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Our food is amazing. This guy needs to be promoted to guest experience leader right away!

Came in for a cold drink with my spouse and grandmother and every table was filthy, and there wasn’t a single napkin in sight to clean it.
Please don't spend your money there!
Drive through line up always takes 15 minutes. Tend to forget to add napkins in the bag.
