We accidentally ordered 2 coffees with points. We had a good laugh. We always stop here driving the kids home. The parking lot is rarely full, and we always get great service. Once we ordered the shaker fries, and the girl refunded our money because it wasn't supposed to be on the kiosk menu 🤪

This is a great McDonald's location. My order is always served fast, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. It's never too busy when I visit, and there is plenty of parking, making it a very convenient and reliable stop for quick, good food. Highly recommended!

Very slow service. Waited for the order almost 15 minutes. Some of visitors were mad to wait that long. Ordered the chicken wrap, but got it the burger.

I've been putting this off for a while but today tipped me off big time. This location is typically pretty decent for a mcdonalds, gets food out at a 'fast food' pace for the most part. But there is always one day that it is CONSISTINTLY awful. Sunday shift from anywhere between 7-10. HOLY SMOKES. I'll just make a list for sake of reading 1- Same shift leader on most of the time that is constantly interacting with their friends while working and distracting herself during shift hours, makes a weird vibe 2- Food that normally takes 8-10 minutes to come out, i order quite a bit most nights, this shift is constantly making me waste my WHOLE 30 MINUTE BREAK waiting for my food to the point i can't eat anymore on my break 3- Tables are almost ALWAYS dirty 4- The till most nights is unoccupied while people are waiting to order. I personaly always use the kiosk but for people who have no idea, it's a very inconvienent Lastly i see my order get cleared before my food comes out. All the shifts are bad for this but Sundays ARE THE WORST. With my previous work experience I'm aware that all the times for that sort of thing are TRACKED so i see it as trying to hide incompotency. Soemthing NEEDS to be done. Not getting a 1 star cause i feel for minimum wage workers but there is a baseline that needs to be met

I had a problem with my app order. It somehow went to drive-thru instead of front counter. I asked for help to get my food, but nobody knew how to fix it. They just told me to buy it again. The supervisor didn’t even bother to come out and talk. Really bad customer service at night.

I went in drive through and i ordered one vanilla cone and that’s was amazing it’s first time when MacDonald gave vanilla cone filled with ice cream to the top and inside of cone was also filled with ice cream I don’t know the name of girl who is working on drive through but she is wearing spectacles

Kingsway is a small location. When school is back in it isn’t so noisy. The staff is great. I think the staff should have a microphone to call out the numbers of the completed orders.
