Raw dough. Tried calling the store to tell them, but it only went through to the call center. It's their policy that they cannot transfer calls to the specific stores. This isn't the first time from this Panago location. Will be checking out the other local pizza places from here on.

The flavor of the toppings is good, but Im not too sure if I ever want to go back. Every time I go the past few years, it's just less and less toppings on my pizza. Even when I paid for extra. I dont think it's worth it anymore.

This Panago doesn’t hold up to the chain standards. It was tasteless and hardly had any cheese at all. Seems to be that way everytime lately. Not worth what you’re paying.

This has been the worst experience. I was at my grandchildren house and ordered pizza. 45 minutes later panago phoned and said they will not deliver. I asked why and they would not tell me. I asked if I could pick it up and they said no. They made us wait 45 minutes with hungry children and wouldn't deliver in Aldergrove. I had to phone pizza hut and they delivered but we had to wait another 45 min. Last time I order from panago.

Sorry Panago pizza, your pizza's needs a little more spice, my pizza tastes flat.
Of all the fast food pizza places, go is always been my favorite. Even for a quick snack the cheesy bread is great, but pizzas are awesome too with lots of choices. I think during covid most of the panagos took away their seating. Can you please bring that back?

Missed a part of my delivery order yesterday , when I called the store to explain the situation as I had already paid, the owner went above and beyond to make it right. He could not issue a refund over the phone since I used a debit card, so instead he sent a driver to reimburse my order total in cash. Did not have to go out of their way this much, and it made the world of difference. Really wonderful customer service ☺️

I traveled the country for my work and have a favorite Pizza place in many cities, so I kinda love pizza.Here is my review: Been going to other pizzeria in the local area, which all have a different crust and flavor profile but you find the ones you like. Which most people will agree on.Now the comparison. There is a Panago Pizza at the Abbotsford Canucks hockey food court, which we have had several times. It has been good every time, right up there with my favorites. We have had the New York Deli and Hawaiian, both were cooked nicely and a good balance toppings. The Hawaiian has more than the standard load of cheese with a nice pull to it as you would expect. The Deli was good, period. They both had a nice chew with some exposed crust for you bread lovers, but not a jaw workout.So.....we figure the local Panago must be the same, it is a franchise after all?! Simply put, the pizza was hard work to chew and the toppings were just not up to a standard I expect anywhere. Cooked a bit much on the bottom then gets doughy and tough as it progresses thru to the toppings. Should they not be able to replicate a franchise standard? I hope they can fix their issues, maybe I got a bad dough day......No I won't be back and no I don't want anything.
