If there was an option for negative ratings i would have definately gone for it.
I went to get a mango dragonfruit lemonade, i was in a rush as i had to catch my bus. The manager for this shift took my order and he was so rude. He was very rude to me but really nice to the lady next to me. he gave the other lady (who orderd after me)her drink first thats when I politely requested him to make it a bit fast because i had my bus to catch, he very rudely said it will take time and started talking to his colleague and then went in the kitchen and did not show up for long time, thats when i asked a girl there if she could help me and she was so sweet she made it quickly and gave it to me with a very beautiful smile.
I myself am a manager and this is not how customer service is supposed to be especially by the manager!
I never had such bad experience in any starbucks! This was really worst!

Consistent no matter which starbucks I go to, thats what I enjoy about it ! Hit them up instead of tims. It's basically the same price now but starbucks doesn't fail 95% of the time like timmies.

Ordered a Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte + Sausage Bacon Egg wrap through Doordash. The Pecan Crunch drink had no vanilla cold foam & pecan crunch which was the sole reason why I ordered the drink. Why bother calling it Pecan drink when there’s no pecan in it ?! The wrap had no sriracha even though I asked for it. The drink was so bad I had to throw it away, and my breakfast was really flavorless🙁

They do not honor the app deals. We went to Nashville and saw deals on our apps that we all wanted to get but they said they don’t take them. There is nothing wrong with that. I am attaching the photo to show you the difference between stores. But if I am wrong let me know please and also fire the person who sent us away cus they were some good deals 🥲

I went to this location today and the young woman who helped me inside taking my order was exceptionally great and had amazing customer service she made an impression on me as I’m a manager in retail and employees like this are hard to find
