I ordered via uber eats and they mixed up two different orders. So disappointed with the service
I like Subway, but they should have more random offers. No price difference from either Vancouver or this small town. Then what is the point of someone buying from here.

Hi there we always see this lady works in afternoon shift always being mad not foucing on her work always giving customers hard time to order food she has so much attitude Yesterday one of customers came with his family she told him to step out just because he made her complain to the other co workers he came to just get sandwich but she was so rude for not serving that customer this lady not once or twice she’s always like this rude we know we understand you students come from overseas and don’t understand English can’t speak well but at least listen to the customer make that sandwich the right way it should be because not like you guys are going to charge less money for them please if manger or owner can take look into this she should be fired

Ashleen Has Zero sense or Customer service, very rude, I have had been tried whole conversation giving her respect however she has her mental issues. Very bad experience.
I wanted to step back from my food, however I do respect food alot. I can’t let food waste however she suppose not to be an employee who needs to deal with customers.

I ordered veggie patty today i was disappointed with my order because bread tasted stale—not fresh like I usually expect from Subway. Nobody can eat it its not fresh tasted like burned if you serve this quality its not good behaviour bread condition was very bad
Terrible experience at this Subway. I asked to order just some sides—something I regularly get at other Subway locations with no problem—but the employee rudely told me she didn’t know how to punch it in. Instead of trying to help or ask someone, she acted annoyed and dismissive. Very unprofessional behavior. If other Subways can handle it, why not here? I don’t know her name, otherwise I would have mentioned it—because no one deserves that kind of service. Staff clearly need better training and basic customer service skills.
This Subway location has been a very disappointing and stressful place to work at. The manager constantly speaks to employees in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful way. Even when staff are working hard and doing their best, they are treated poorly — being yelled at, blamed for small things, and made to feel like nothing they do is good enough. It creates a toxic and unhealthy work environment where employees feel mentally drained, nervous, and unappreciated. Many of us feel stressed before even starting a shift. On top of that, there is clear favoritism. Some workers are treated well, given better shifts, and not held to the same standards, while others are blamed for everything and treated unfairly. It’s not based on hard work or performance — just who the manager likes. This creates a very divided and uncomfortable atmosphere where some staff are overworked and others are protected, no matter what. What makes it worse is that the owner is fully aware of what’s happening and has received several complaints, yet chooses to do nothing. Instead of taking steps to support or protect staff, the owner ignores the problem completely. There is no professionalism, no respect, and no care for employee well-being. This kind of behavior should never be accepted in any workplace. I hope Subway head office becomes aware of this situation and takes real action.

Went to this location since it was the closest to my home. Both times very much disappointed. Ordered pizza sub for my son. It barely had any meat on it! 4 puny thin slices of pepperoni. Girl was stingy with veggies as well. Should have taken a picture. Tried it a second time, same thing. The girl says that's how they were trained to serve it. What a rip off! Never went back. Not worth your money
ordered on doordash for pickup, they completely forgot the sauce. seems like a pretty integral part of the sandwich
The staff are very rude I ordered nachos and said I only want olives and onion on it they proceeded to add lettuce I told them I don’t want it so she picks it off but there still lettuce on it my sandwich was toasted when I didn’t want it toasted and they wouldn’t do anything about the situation :(
