New Dragon House Restaurant

I have lived on the Abbotsford - Aldergrove border for the past two years, and the New Dragon House was my place to go for Chinese take-out. I always ordered a combination plate with Chicken Chow Mein, Beef Chop Suey, and Sweet and Sour Pork. The food was flavourful and the potions so generous that I got two meals from the single order. Unfortunately, a few days ago I went to order another take-out and found it closed, with a sign on the door stating that the premise would be opening shortly as an Indian Food restaurant. I then went to what is now the only Chinese restaurant in Aldergrove for my take-out. It did not measure up to the New Dragon House and in the future I will have to go further afield when I have a desire for chinese food.

I went to this place and the people were so kind to me the food was great I got the BBQ pork fried rice it has so much flavor and it was just so delicious I also had the egg rolls and they weren't too greasy which is great and they tasted awesome I totally recommend this to others

Out for lunch after shopping. Good menu, reasonable prices at 13 bucks. This is an older restaurant that was taken over a few years back and its improved. The veggies were hot and crisp as were the prawns in combo 4. The owner said he personally shops for the vegetables every day. We will be back. See my pic.

Ordered here first time in along time. The vegetable and chicken dish tasted like canned veg, chowmein looked like scissors was taken to it, sweet sour pork was chewy. The beef was beef and a tonne of onions? And top it off no fortune cookies a tiny bag of cashews?

Went to pick up my food and the lady at the desk said my food would be out shortly. Immediately after food was brought out and placed on the counter. She didn’t say anything but did look at it. Then 4 other customers came in over the next 7 minutes and they would go into the back and grab their food and bring it out to them. After 7 minutes of my food sitting on the counter they said “your food is ready!” When asked why it was the only one left on the counter they just said “have a good day”. This was clearly on purpose as it was a very fake interaction. Terrible customer service. Food was alright.

Food was really good, colorful and vibrant. Meat was real not some processed stuff some restaurants push off onto you this was real authentic Chinese food, reminds me of the one my mom used to make. 10/10 also, very good with children. Staff was very accommodating. Thankyou!!

I've never had a bad experience with Chinese food like I did with this restaurant, I couldn't eat the food from here and my kids couldn't eat either as the good had a bad smell coming from it! but yet they still wanted me to pay $50 even though the plan full of food was in front of them.... like no but i was nice to still pay $35 out of the $50... worse place to go
