I ordered a coffee it was too bad , bitter and didn’t mixed it well, I informed the staff they replaced the coffee it is same as the before no change, please anyone order coffee place make sure it is good before you leave , don’t waste money as I did , second time I tho it will be good but didn’t I left the store when I realized.

I've had a couple of really great visits to Tim Hortons over the past few days, and each time, the drive-thru service has been outstanding. I wanted to give a shout-out to Manjot, who was working the drive-thru.She was super quick, really friendly, and just had a genuinely humble attitude.Despite how busy the store was, she served my order incredibly quickly with smile. Plus, the store itself was spotless and had a great vibe. It's clear they're doing a lot of things right!

This morning around 9:25 I went to the drive through and ordered a caramel ice cap. When I received my order it was all watery I told the employee it’s too watery and she’s like this is how it is and then after she was like I’ll make another one. But when she made another one it was the exact same. The girl who made the ice cap said I’m so freakin rude but I wasn’t rude and I never said anything to her. I asked who is your supervisor and she said we are all supervisors.
