Would not make any food within 45 min of closing. Seems kind of a long length to stop any good sales.

Not bad service compared to other Tim Hortons there once was a time when service was exceptional in any retail, but it's changed over the last few years. But this is one of my goatees cuz they're pretty friendly there and the food's usually good and they're pretty quick so I have to say it's one of my favorites

My order was all messed up and they wasted so much of my time to correct it. Every time I visit, I have to listen very carefully to interpret/understand what is being conveyed to me. I always articulate slowly and clearly to avoid any confusion, but this doesn't always work

5:30 am on a Sunday and not even open. Now November 13/25 and drive thru isn’t open at night anymore and doors don’t open till 5. Why would this happen at a 24/7 restaurant chain. More poor service for our town

The drive thru is the slowest ever. Over 10 mins waiting for a coffee and a tea. I am a regular customer at this tims every Sunday and it is always the same thing 10 mins in the line up. Almost everytime we go there we most of the time have to go back cause they dont get my tea right. Dont people know the difference between milk and cream. Anyway I think they need better staffing at this location.

We stopped in this am around 10am and purchased a steep tea and everything bagel with Cream Cheese before taking my son to school. Since this afternoon hes been nauseas and feels terrible....He said the Cream Cheese tasted different than normal so sadly I believe the Ctream Cheese has made him sick😔
