Mediocre food and terrible service. When i was little, tim hortons was a staple. Now its just another reminder of how far canada as a whole has fallen. Entirely staffed by international students who dont understand basic english, missing items and burnt food. Only good thing left are the timbits and SOMETIMES breakfast wraps

First of all, the food I ordered was undoubtedly the best among all the tim I had tried but the staff they had was the worst. Being an international student myself, I didn’t want to mention it at all as there were all international students working on the counter. They don’t know how to treat their customers like made me felt so uncomfortable. You guys seriously need to work on your skills. Though food was amazing but never gonna visit there.

The farmers wraps are heavenly (thats all for food) i also love there double double coffee

They really need to hire more competent people. Coffee and bagel, it's not too difficult some manners to say good morning. I understand it's not Starbucks and the value for money, but common courtesy is free.
I'm happy to update my previous review. I've stopped here several times in the last year, and it's much better....cleaner and has better service.

A joke , 15 minutes at the till and not one of the three workers would take our order . Even after asking 3 times , zero work ethics , none of them should be dealing with any sort of customers . Poorest excuse for a Tim Hortons I've ever been in but I'm told every one of them is like that now .

The story is today, when I went to buy drinks with my family here. I ordered drinks and drove over to pick them up but the attitude of the staff there was annoying while we did nothing wrong. I am very unhappy with the attitude of the staff there. I will never come back to this place again.
