Its decent. This particular store has some booths to sit at, a little area with a fireplace and such. Its never particularly clean, floors always seem kinda dirty. Tables never seem clean. At least Tim Hortons got rid of the "premium" donut prices, so all the donuts other then specialty are 1.59 I think. This location is never busy inside and always has a place to sit, you just might need to ask them to wipe down a table before you sit.

Ordered a coffee at Tim’s aldergrove at 264 Fraser I ordered a medium double double with espresso shot this morning around 5:40 am and surprisingly the girl on the counter( she’s Indian teen ) made my coffee so fast then I asked her if she didn’t forget to add a espresso on my coffee and she said she didn’t . I tried the coffee it was warm almost cold already and I’m positive that she didn’t add espresso shot that I asked even I pay for It . Always ordered that so I know if she add some espresso or not! have a feeling that coffee was a wrong order and that’s the one she gave me so disappointed so lazy

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way they treat their customers. The employees do not seem happy at all and they do not engage with customers, instead looking away while taking orders. They are unnecessarily rude and seem to dislike their jobs. I hope the owner is aware of the behavior of their employees as well.
My favorite place, all the staff are nice but I have my 3 favorite timmy stars. I look forward to seeing them.
