A complete waste of money! Ordered the classic bacon and eggs over easy! They gave me over cooked hard crispy eggs ugh, the hash browns tasted like they were cooked in fish oil! No condiments no napkins!

We always stop here on our way to the south Okanagan … unfortunately the coffee was so strong even after 4 cream so sad as I live A&W Coffee / the service and food was great as usual but the tables needed cleaning … we left our tray on the table so it could be cleaned & the elderly couple that had difficulty walking that sat beside us .. had to get up and get their order … as before it was always delivered … I know you can do better👍!!

Poor decor, not inviting anymore. Front staff member was rude , no eye contact , slammed our drink cups down and our order was made wrong: one wrong burger, wrong condiments on both burgers and my wife didn't want fries.

On our drive back to Vancouver, we stopped for burgers and tried the Paneer burger. It was better than expected. Was really surprised how good it was. The staffs were amazing.

A&W beats the competition hands down in all respects. Great food, fantastic service and wonderful atmosphere at all locations. Plus, they're 100% Canadian. I have breakfast at A&W 2-3 times a week and never had a bad or even sub par experience. Always great.
