Son went to get super for our family, gave the order, paid by debit, asked for the receipt and the girl crumpled it up and threw it out. Did the same thing to another person there. Fries weren't fully cooked, order was wrong, and the girl that served him was disrespectful to him and me, when I phoned in to complain. We will now go elsewhere. Train your staff better. This has happened three times now. So DQ, you are out.

When you show up you get ignored by the people working there they would rather sit on their phones and chat in the back but we still see you 🤦🏻 but the best is why does everyone smell like dirty socks and cigarettes that works there almost made me barff at the counter the customer service sucks one short word answers and they can’t even look at you it would be in your best interest to just not support this place anymore

Food takes forever. Sat in drive though for 20 minutes with 2 other cars. A single meal took forever, there was very few indoor people. Maybe theyre short staffed or maybe the staff there are just slow. Service is kinda crappy. The blonde girl is really nice. The other guy that works there though is rude and consistently screws up the same simple order, seems like the supervisor i think? Have to order like triple Gravy on a poutine to get the same amount that other locations put as normal. Don't bother getting a sundae because they skimp out on the toppings there too! Not sure if the owners are cheap or if it's shitty training. If you had the option, go to Vernon or Salmon arm instead.

Have been told multiple times even half hour or more before close that they aren’t accepting cash anymore and are doing their cash out.. whenever I worked retail, cash was counted after the shift was over..seems lazy to me.
