Honestly was very disappointed. First to find out that they no longer serve orange Julius products and when asking the staff she had no idea what I was even talking about and thought it was a&w that served them. Our food wasn’t even mediocre, burgers were extremely soggy covered in sauce, onions were huge as if they were used to make onion rings, barely any lettuce and what lettuce was on there was soggy and bitter tasting. Fries were cold and soft pretzels were hard and tasted old. Was extremely shocked to see it almost cost $8 for a small blizzard but since when does Dairy Queen no longer serve orange Julius? And do they not educate their staff on product changes or does the staff just not care enough?

Fries were fresh & hot. Crispy chicken was crispy & hot. Staff were helpful & friendly. An excellent DQ experience even without any cool treat!

Ordered Blizzards for my family as a desert after dinner. as i normally do. And absolutely every time the staff trys to hand out the blizzards without lids or a tray to hold them, as if one single person in a car is going to consume 4 blizzards at once, or balance them somewhere while they rapidly melt and make a mess. But that aside, it was this time spurred me onto writing a review as the blizzards i ordered were not even mixed. Half way down it was just regular softserve. There needs to be someone there for quality control during the evening shift, its bad.

For $8.19 or whatever the price of a Bananna Split, I was expecting better. I think I may of only got 1/2 a bananna, plenty of soft ice cream, minimum strawberries and a sprinkling of pineapple. For $8 they need to be made better, jmo.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was very disappointed with the service. Despite there being few customers in line, it took an unusually long time for my order to be taken and fulfilled. The staff seemed disorganized and unmotivated, which resulted in a lack of communication and a delay in getting my food. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect and had to be sent back for correction. The staff didn’t offer an apology or show any concern about the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me questioning whether I’d return. It’s unfortunate, as Dairy Queen usually has a good reputation for service and quality.

This guy walks around doing nothing, just browsing his phone. Doesn't even acknowledge me. There's hair on the counter, gross. Never used to be like this. Don't bother coming here.

I know people have bad days or moments no hello at the counter two guys removing a TV one of them had to walk over tell the women who was standing on the side you have a customer. Walks over what do you want I order my food I watch the employees walk around don't even look up. One of the guys working on the TV goes around counter washes his hands with no soap then wips them on his jeans. As new customer is standing at the counter once again no hi takes his order walks away. This use to be very clean and great staff. Terrible service well never be back

Everytime we order a blizzard the ice cream is very soft, and melting dripping down the cup a couple minutes later.This time I waited 15 min in the drive through. Chocolate strawberry blizzard had no chocolate in it. Very poor service each time at this location.
