This guy walks around doing nothing, just browsing his phone. Doesn't even acknowledge me. There's hair on the counter, gross. Never used to be like this. Don't bother coming here.

I know people have bad days or moments no hello at the counter two guys removing a TV one of them had to walk over tell the women who was standing on the side you have a customer. Walks over what do you want I order my food I watch the employees walk around don't even look up. One of the guys working on the TV goes around counter washes his hands with no soap then wips them on his jeans. As new customer is standing at the counter once again no hi takes his order walks away. This use to be very clean and great staff. Terrible service well never be back

Everytime we order a blizzard the ice cream is very soft, and melting dripping down the cup a couple minutes later.This time I waited 15 min in the drive through. Chocolate strawberry blizzard had no chocolate in it. Very poor service each time at this location.

For years, every Sunday, our family gets the same Dairy Queen treats for dessert after dinner. Today I went to pick our treats and when they passed me the medium hot fudge sundae it was nowhere near as full as it normally is. I questioned the drive-thru window attendant about it and she assured me that what she was providing was the correct size. I took all the treats home and questioned the person who orders the medium hot fudge Sunday as to whether the sundae I brought home for her was the correct size. Her and her mother said "absolutely not. It isn't even close to the correct size and that I should be getting my money back. My poor granddaughter ended up with a treat no where near the size it normally is. I called the Dairy Queen where I had purchased the treat and spoke to whoever answered the phone and explained the whole story. She proceeded tell me that their treats have been watery lately by that I was provided with the correct sized treat. I disagreed. The next step was that I was going to take a picture of the Sunday and send it to them to prove how small it was. She left the phone for a few seconds to find out where I could send the picture to and I heard their conversation in the background for a few seconds then the phone connection disconnected. Everytime we order from DQ I also get an email asking how the service is so I'll respond there also. Would just like this resolved going forward.Pic’s provided - left is whss as t we should have received right is what we got.

Grabbed a small log cake that was listed as $19.99 out of the cooler. Didn’t get acknowledged while I waited patiently while the staff made some ice cream for others. When they rung me through they said it was $29.99. Didn’t want to make a big deal about it since other people were lined up but didn’t expect to get surprised with a $10 extra charge then what was clearly labeled. At least apologizing for the mistake would go a long way.

Always a long wait at the drive-through, even though you are the only one there?!They really scrimp in the peanutbutter cup ingredients in the blizzard.....it was vanilla I've cream with a couple of pieces of PB cup....really disappointing!I used to be good, but not anymore!

Walked in and waited patiently for the girl to take my order while she wrapped buster bars, as I waited another customer walked in front of me and she immediately took his order. I don’t know what the difference between us we but that’s terrible customer service. Hire better staff. Also has the slowest wait time for food out of any DQ in the okanagan. If you’re in Armstrong do yourself a favour and eat ANYWHERE else in town.
