I ordered the fries around 6 pm I asked for fresh fries first of all it was not fresh and second the fries were so bitter and color of fries were off. I think you guys need to change your oil every week otherwise its gona make people sick. The fries were not good at all it was disgusting

My favourite McDonalds in the Okanagan hands down!! Still has that original vibe of small town quality, always friendly and quality.. I have to point out an employee EMMA… who literally makes the best cones, just dialed every time … always happy and positive. .. keep up The amazing work 😊

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to was waiting for my food for 30 minutes before they realized they forgot to make my food. Wasn’t even that busy

Just did a phone order in Armstrong. Immediately got sent to wait, and wait. When order came out, they completely forgot an entire Happy meal even though the bill said 3. The other burgers and fries were ready. Wait more, meal arrives and I leave. Never got the 3rd apple juice (should have checked) Got home and found that the fries were the worst ever, old and dry. Very disappointed
Dont go here...., I went inside ordered a big Mac meal with lrg fires and milkshake. Waited 15 min, while others came after and went before me (3 seperate orders, order #1- 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries, #2 - 2 mcdoubles with a fry, and order three was not announced) you can see my frustration. Milkshake was more liquid then triple thick since it was ready 2 min after I ordered.. i wish the app had a complaint section about the pre bumping of order numbers. Ive worked in many restaurants, i fully understand order times. But for fast food to pre bump and then forget to make it... I'll stop at the A&W across the street next time.
I have to edit my original post. Initially I wrote and posted this before even trying the food. The fries were cold, the milkshake as I said had melted not fully but enough to make a bad experience worse, also my burger tasted a little off at the time I assumed It was the difference between AB beef and BC quality. (Since I ordered a big Mac the night before in Calgary.) However for the following 2 days my stomach hurt and was uncomfortable and in the evenings I was physically shaking... all this to say I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from you, which is tough to do since I was raised in the 90s by parents who didn't know better, so we kept takeout pizza in the oven until it was all eaten... l have a cast iron stomach.
Will not be back. It would not surprise me if they are not following proper FIFO guidelines
Ohh I ordered at 12:50pm in the afternoon, which is peak hours and it wasn't even that busy. 👎😬
