Went for soup and sandwich to go...12.00 sandwich was dry and gross. Soup was discusting and threw it out. Not impressed ! Will not go back. Might be ok if you were just getting coffee?

Want to ascend to another flavour dimension. Order the quiche. Blew my taste buds off of my tongue and transcended them to flavourtopia. Whoever made the quiche ensured there was the secret ingredient added in - hint - first letter L last letter e. Don’t thank me for enjoying the quiche, thank the chef. Enjoy ! Oh and well priced cause I’m frugal like that.

This place is very nice and a welcome addition to Armstrong. But I have yet to try their food. For each of my 3 visits they have always been sold out of kitchen items before noon. It might be good, I couldn't say.

I love this coffee shop! It’s my favourite one in Armstrong and Vernon! I love all the seating areas and the huge back patio. I teach a qigong and Taoist yoga class in their secret class room, which is bright and beautiful.
