Can't describe how bad this place is like if you gonna visit there you will come to know about them. First of all I don't recommend anyone to go there as it will ruin your whole day. Secondally, the staff there is not good they just ask you and then keep doing their own goods They don't have to do anything with you. Really very disrespectful and disappointed by their service

Just heading from there. Although atmosphere was pretty good but the staff behavior and service was worst. They don't even have ice caps and one of the employee don't know her name offered me ice coffee instead. Overall really worst experience ever. Thanks for making my experience so bad.

I stopped in on my way through town for a coffee and snacks. I ordered a coffee, Tim bits, 2 donuts, and a breakfast wrap. After 10 min of waiting I asked if they had forgotten my breakfast wrap. The gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes,And said they were making it. So I waited. (It was not busy, 2 other customers came and went while I waited) I then asked if I could get a printout of my receipt (so I had the information to reach out to management) and was abruptly told they couldn’t do that. 5 more minutes went by, and I was asked what my order was. In all it took nearly 20 min to get 1 breakfast wrap. Also. The coffee was so hot I scolded my mouth. I stop in here many times a year when going through town, but I don’t think I’ll ever go inside for the terrible service I received today again. If I hadn’t gone in I wouldn’t have bought everything I did, so I guess next time they lost out on my money, and I’ll just get the coffee….

Absolute mess at this location. Only one person taking orders for 2 lines. Taking forever. No line at window as person taking orders is slower than thr person making food. Then get a bacon farmers on biscuit with no egg. Never been to a worse Tims. 25 minutes to go through drive through with 10 car line up
