Seems its difficult to get an order correct! A medium two cream two sweetners, pretty easy order, NOPE, no sweetener. Ordered a Vanilla Creamy Chill, there was maybe a tablespoon of whip, when I inquired about the deficiency, appaeently I would have to pay more if I wanted it covering the top. The Tims Vernon and Lumby fill the top with whip....go figure!Dissapointing, I think I will miss the dangerous turn off to the Tim's in the future. Get it in Vernon before the drive to Armstrong....ugh

Frustrated with quality of service. Our order was incorrect once again. I understand they want to get people through quickly, but taking a little bit of extra time to make sure the order is correct would help. I went in to the store to get the Order corrected and stood waiting for ages along with others - totally ignored for about 15 minutes before being served. No apology and after being given my order again , it was still Incorrect!!!

I cant say much about the fine in experience at this location personally. Other then that I would avoid it based on their drive through service. But other then that I mean, its Tim hortons so you know what your getting here with the drive through food and price wise at least.

the serve for the Ice caps and any other drinks are so slow because they wont fix the mixer on one machine and have to run back and forth to fix it come on give us a break fix you bloody equipment it has been broken months now

The staff prioritized the drive through and drained the coffee while a bunch of stood waiting in line for orders for over half an hour. They were chickens with their heads cut off scrambling and completely disorganized. I wish I could attach a video. Who trained these guys?

Give that Nathan a unexpected day off when there is a big snow fall. I am sure Nathan deserves it. I am from Ontario and this Tim Hortons employee was on top of helping others and myself with just more than a snack. Thanks Nathan you made my day.

Owner of this location needs to have more staff on shift at one time.The bathrooms were filthy, poop all over the mens toilet. My wife had to wait 5 minutes before the staff would acknowledging her just to ask for toilet paper in the woman's washroom.The family bathroom was closed, so no change tables available.We were less mad and more sorry for the staff there, they were going as fast as they could.To the owner - do better.

The majority of the food items are good, I've got my favourites of course. The only thing I'd avoid, is the orange juice because it tastes god awful. I can't drink it. I'm not sure what the heck is in it, but it's unbearable. Besides that, they have good service, the atmosphere is okay, and the drive thru is quick. Staff are friendly as far as I know, and the place is always moderately clean.
