Ashcroft River Hotel & Pub is I'll advised unless you enjoy dirty sheets & towels, No toilet paper. Extremely rude Customer service when pointing it out to the Manger maybe Owner. I shouldn't have to point it out in the first place. He fused to refund our money, unfortunately we had to sleep in our vehicle.

Government ordered us to evacuate our home because of Cache Creek flooding, went here only to discover a three day contract plus damage deposit for a total of $360 dollars.Stayed ONE night. got situated with Emergency Services in Kamloops, but Mr. Singh refused to refund any money. Singh STOLE $160 in our time of need, the same Mr. Singh who said "I value honesty" looked us in the face while he stole.Don't ever stay there. I hope the place fails. The only reason it is still there is because there are monthly boarders, mostly drunks and idiots who put up with human rights abuses.SHAME on YOU, Mr. Singh. I will be telling everyone I know not to stay there. And I was born/raised in the town of Ashcroft, I know who to talk to.Noteworthy details: It is noteworthy to understand that if you want to support an actual criminal, pay Mr. Singh money for anything. You'll find out he has the worst business ethic around. I don't care if everyone behaves like that in India, THIS IS CANADA and he shouldn't treat people this way.

Not sure if the hotel is even open. The restaurant is closed. the pub serves only drinks, no food. I'm not sure how long the restaurant has been closed but at the table we sat at there was popcorn and crushed chips on the floor and the chair I sat in. ( Who knows the last time it was swept in there).it is a grungy place ..smelled old and gross. I'm pretty sure my arm stuck to the arm of the chair!

Place full of bed bugs, the owner, Mr Singh, is very hard to deal with.
Paid for a room, it was warn down and found quite a few dead bugs around. Asked for our money back but the owner refused, he gave us 50$ cash and we left. I would not recommend.

Should be closed down fo public saftey and health issues, place is infested with bed bugs and beds are worn out. Mr. Singh if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself for housing these people under these horrid

So far I have a good staying here, i’m a person with disability so The staff at the front desk treat me very well, as well they give me a great discount for a room. My only suggestion is that the rooms needs to be renovated/updated, but so far everything is great, I will come back again…

WORSE HOTEL EVER “DONT STAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEDBUG BITESPulled back the sheets and counted 5 bedbugs, lifted mattress and several more were under that, we slept in truck and manager locked himself in the room which is also the chamber maid One of the residence there had so many bites it was all most unbelievable she complained and nothing was done , We waited for two hours for him to come out of hiding! SAVE YOURSELF THE GREIF AND BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE,
