After hiking the west coast trail, although apprehensive of paying the cost of the ferry, our group of four were so very happy that we did. The boat taxi landed us right at the restaurant, we walked in and the ambience was superb. Greeted with a welcoming, local energy, our first time on the west side of Bamfield, we were not expecting such a cozy, comforting and yet still quite masterful all around vibe, from friendly and hospitable service, comfortable seating and interior design, beautiful views all around, a wonderful menu clearly thought out with love and care, and all this before the incredible taste of the food itself which of course, tied the whole experience together. 10 out of 10! Not to mention they helped us out with finding an affordable cabin for us to share for the night, located a very convenient, 10 steps from the restaurant! Truly an unforgettable experience and cherry on top to our seven day hike. Hope to come back some day!

Fabulous location, we walked to the end of the boardwalk and enjoyed the view of the water. Good selection of and the local oysters were incredible. I will remember them for the rest of my life. Wow! Friendly wait staff, prompt service, you will have no problem catching the Frances Barkley back to town if you go there first and order promptly.

Super cool location and incredible food and folks. Bamfield is a must visit spot on the west side of the island and this is a must visit for food if you find yourself here. I also recommend renting for events if you're in need of an event and catering service, these guys are pros. 100/10

The famous chicken sandwich deserves to be famous! Enjoyed it with fresh greens straight from the garden. Our server was awesome too. Nothing but ocean views!

Had possibly the best fried chicken sandwich ever here. Worth a trip just for this meal. Make sure they are open before you make plans!
