After hiking the west coast trail, although apprehensive of paying the cost of the ferry, our group of four were so very happy that we did. The boat taxi landed us right at the restaurant, we walked in and the ambience was superb. Fabulous location, we walked to the end of the boardwalk and enjoyed the view of the water. Good selection of and the local oysters were incredible. I will remember them for the rest of my life. Wow! Friendly wait staff, prompt service, you will have no problem catching the Frances Barkley back to town if you go there first and order promptly.
Super cool location and incredible food and folks. Bamfield is a must visit spot on the west side of the island and this is a must visit for food if you find yourself here. I also recommend renting for events if you're in need of an event and catering service, these guys are pros.
