Went for supper after the waterwheel show. Both the service and the food were below expectations based on past experiences going here. There were 4-5 tables occupied when we were there, and a dish for one of those others was dropped off at our table. After it sitting there for a few moments we managed to flag a server down and let him know it wasn't ours. Fast polite service, our food came out hot but each dish was separated by several minutes allowing the first dish to cool, the plates were very cold, felt like they had been sitting near an open window, so that didn’t help. The food was tasty and if both plates had come out together with warmer plates the meal would have been given 5 stars

The food was fantastic, as it is any time we have gone. The lady who is in charge of the kitchen was sharing how frustrated she gets with people when they think they can have it all in 20 minutes to make the show. Good fresh food takes a bit of time. We love it here and hope to get back.
