Surprise to see the overall rate is just 3.6. I would give it 5 id the happy valley lodge is 4. This is a much better place that gives you feeling of a real restaurant and restaurant quality of food and service. The burger in the happy valley is expensive and less delicious. Come here and you won't be disappointed.

Been coming here for years and love what new ownership has done. Food is divine, coffee’s great, service is generally grand.Main qualm is with the mid day coffee service today - friends, ya gotta return a customer’s full change. Twice today a server (same one) took 60-80 cents from me cause they didn’t hunt for change… I was originally gonna tip 20% on both occasions, and the first I forgave and gave 20 anyways. But twice in one day by the same server had me end up tipping about 10.Didn’t sink my day - but had me think on it and come here for review.

Had an amazing week at big white and have been here almost every day!! The service has been exceptional and the servers have gone above and beyond, always quality checking and made me feel at home, however, I am concerned with the working conditions and the way management have treated their staff. I have overheard on multiple occasions staff getting belittled and treaded like children by only what could be described as power hungry managers. Overall I have had a great experience hence why I’ve kept coming back I just hope management can reflect on an outsiders perspective and treat the staff the way they deserve!

I ordered the twice baked lasagna and it was the worst lasagna that I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten a lot of lasagna in my day and this was not even remotely good. It was lukewarm as well which was unpleasant. My wife had the mushroom ravioli and she enjoyed it though so maybe just avoid the lasagna. The restaurant was not busy but service was very slow. Atmosphere wasn’t bad but the food and service made this a place I would not recommend.

It was really busy so we got a "table" at a couch, which made eating harder. The food was passable. The fish tacos had individually battered pieces of fish which made it kind of batter taco instead of fish taco. The yam fries were ok.
They were great about seating 15 of us. Food is good but my French onion soup was not.

My family and I are big fans of the Bull Wheel. We eat there often when on hill and are happy with service and food. This is more a gripe about the floor situation. My 7 year old son fell and his his back and had quite badly today. The floors are legitimately REALLY slippery with wet ski boots on. Pretty much every time we eat there we see someone yardsale on the floor. It would be great if this could get fixed :)
