Had two dinners here during my visit to the resort. The southern fried chicken sandwich was really great, along with the well seasoned fries. Second meal was brisket, ribs, and fries. The brisket was great, and the ribs were a huge portion. For reference, they did tell me they weren’t usually that big, but super enjoyable nonetheless. To go boxes are available if you can’t stomach the big portions. The churros for dessert were a nice nightcap as well. Solid value, good food. Would eat here again.
We went for Wednesday wing night. Great wings, chorizo mac and a salad. All three were delicious.

Food was just okay nothing exciting. The Mac n cheese had way too many bread crumbs. No butter for the corn bread which was essentially a corn muffin. FYI corn bread does not have whole kernels of corn in it. No creamer for coffee because it was out of date.The Gen Z staff need to do better, unacceptable service, can't get orders right despite the customer asking 3 times for the dish. Then to be told they didn't order said meal and they were rude and harassed the wait staff. The wait staff said yes they had put the order in on the first and second time when asked by the customer. The customer was not rude and did not harrass the staff, they were frustrated about not getting the meal they asked for.Would not go there again.

Had the large (8 bones) Memphis ribs — terrible! The cook of the meat wasn’t bad (take the “silverskin” off guys!) but the ribs were slathered in a really acidic sauce that was just way too bitter.Scraping the sauce off with a knife and I could tell they coated the ribs with what looks like Club House wet spice rub. $38 not including a side-Never again.Wife had the brisket (good but needed a sauce), and my daughter had the Caesar salad (great)

I've eaten there a few times now. The service has been slow-ish to decent but always friendly. The selection of draft beers is pretty good. The food tends to disappoint, however. Not bad, just rather mediocre. Cesar salad was a good size and has the fried capers, but a Wendy's would have better croutons, less over the top salt, and at least a little bit of dressing. The brisket handheld was dry, low in flavor, and luke warm when it arrived.

We dined at the Fourth Ace last night. The food was generally good but not worth the cost. The staff are very good - Very friendly and generally inviting!
While prices at Big White are generally expensive, I found the Fourth Ace to be VERY expensive. We went there last year and thought it was expensive but wanted to try again. Nothonh is included with the mains. If you order the 1 pound brisket ($30) you have to pay extra for fries or even a sauce.
Due to the high cost, we will not be returning. Out of all teh restaurants at Big White I've gone to over the last 3 years, I feel the Fourth Ace is the most over-priced.

Spare Ribs were so dry, they crunched, (must have been on the smoker for two days) tired to scrape some meat off, the sauce was so thick, it was sickening. Manager estimated that I ate half and would not offer any option. Super poor service by the manager, who could only utter "that's policy". Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

Our server julia was amazing and went above and beyond, she deserves a promotion ! But I don't get why they only have chicken tenders on the kid menu. Get with the program !
