The food was good. However, service was lacking. As we were visiting from out of town, we wished to move to the adjacent table as it gave a better view of the lake. The waitress was too scolding for my liking. It was later in the afternoon, and because the establishment uses runners to deliver the food awkwardly. It was too much effort
After five years on the hill, we finally made it out for dinner at Woods — and it did not disappoint. The staff’s welcome was warm, their recommendations were spot on, and the milk-poached cod was incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. We left feeling both satisfied and grateful.

We had the brie, rabbit, chicken maryland and pork chops during our visit.
The brie came in a hot iron pan with toasted bread, it was really good and highly recommend.
The rabbit came in a cold glass jar with toasted bread, it tasted like cold chicken with congealed fat, not recommend even if you like rabbit.
