Wow, loved that butter chicken. I chatted with the owner and he makes it with his own culinary twist from where he's from, he was kind enough to make it for me at lunch but it's typically a dinner time only item, was stopping by Bella Coola to check it out, took my meal to go, was so delicious after the two hour drive back to Anahim lake after I got my tire that was leaking air fixed ha ha, so tasty, rice was cooked perfectly.
