Wanted to eat and have a beer after playing 18. Waitress was at our table within seconds of us sitting down. Appeared 15 minutes later after serving a pair of younger fellows who ordered eight beers for the course. We left as she approached. There was no reason not to have been quicker to our table as the bar tender could have attended to the needs of the players.

It took my dad and I 20 plus minutes for a lone server to help us after a round of golf this morning at 7:30. My dad wasn't happy

My daughter and I had the pleasure of dining here on June 30. Our server, Maggie, was PHENOMENAL and the food was heavenly… thank you for making our mother/daughter date night one of the best experiences! We will definitely be back!

Me and the guys really like going to Duffer's Den. The place looks really cool and the food is actually good. We had nachos and burgers and their all great.

Wanted a nice meal upon arrival at Sorrento Anglican Retreat Centre for the week, to spend time with 7 and 9 yr old grandchildren and our daughter. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Steak Salad which blew our minds, and eyes and taste buds out. It was so delicious we went back four nights later and 3 of four of us ordered it again. We dined in the first time and out doors the second time. We preferred dining in, but they were booked up with Ladies Night Golf event. Edamane beans, avocado, so many delightful healthy veggies came on the plate and the dressing was fabulous!! I took some home the last night and it was still amazing the next day for lunch.

We went for Mother's Day Brunch. It was a lovely experience. The food was quite good for a buffet brunch. The tables had the name of the reservation on a card, the waitress was very prompt in getting our drink orders before we got up to get in line for our food. There was a line but because of the way the buffet was set up, the line moved very quickly. I would go again. The restaurant is under new management and the decor has been updated. The menu is improved as well.

I haven been to Duffer’s Den a few times already and I have not had bad meal from them so far. I have their Ahi Tuna Salad, Steak & Frites, the Chicken Club Burger and the Chicken Bianca just recently. There was a time when I came to Duffer’s that their menu was very scarce during the late Fall. The employees there are friendly and accommodating with their service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to come to Duffer’s Den during the Spring and Summer.
