Chef Chris keeps surprising with new gems on the menu, and the chef comes out and answers all questions about the menu, including great information on locally sourced elements. There is a great selection of wines and cocktails. The food is incredible and the service was phenomenal. Timber is a go to restaurant in BC. The turkey is incredible.
