Our go-to date night spot in the Shuswap! The food is always absolutely delicious, and with a rotating menu, there’s always something new to try. Their Saturday night three-course dinner is excellent value and not to be missed. Highly recommend Timber Shuswap — definitely worth the drive!
Went here for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The duck dish I had has since been rotated out of the seasonal menu but the way it was prepared was exceptional. Super tender and flavorful, and a lot of care was put into this dish. The service was very knowledgeable and helped contribute for a wonderful evening out

Very pleased with this resturant. Needed a place to grab a bite to eat while our Tesla charged. I was very happy they have Gluten Free substitutes for my dietary needs. The waitress was so helpful in confirming with the kitchen that certain items were in fact gluten free and they cooked the items separately to ensure no cross contamination was present.
The food was tasty, I got scrambled eggs, gluten free toast, bacon and sausage. (The GF toast they gave me was one of the best I have tried) & my boyfriend ordered the big boy bowl, he really enjoyed it. His item was made normally no subs.
Thank you very much to the staff at the resturant. I will surely be adding this to my list of places I can eat at. ❤️

Had a really nice dinner at Timbers. Went for their Sunday prime rib special with family. Our parents live in the area and do it regularly and have raved about for so long - we had to try it. We WERE NOT disappointed 😁. The prime rib was awesome, with Yorkshire pudding, mash potatoes and root veggies. And Au Jui!! Started with an oyster appetizer and a local craft stout….really good. It’s a quaint cozy little place. Worth a try. 👍

My only issue is tables and chairs are for little people. If you are tall with long legs you don't fit. Chairs and tables are great quality but just small.

Another almost five-star review. This one was as close to perfect as I’ve had, but does the perfect meal actually exist?
Anyway, let’s get to it. We arrived around 415 pm and the lunch menu was the only one available to us. We were disappointed because we had seen the dinner menu online and were already salivating….. but man were we impressed by our early “dinner” / late “lunch”. We were greeted by friendly staff, and seated. There was a pleseant surprise as we found the resto was more casual than the vibe we had picked up from their website.
We ordered the very creative Brussel Sprout Ceasar and it did not disappoint - Fantastic! I ordered the Tuna Bowl and my partner ordered the Chicken Karaage, which although not detailed on the menu, comes as a tremendous bowl also.
Tuna Bowl - AMAZING. From the sticky rice to the healthy portions of edamame and other vegetables, through the amazing wasabi mayo…… and the tuna? Perfectly prepared. I could have done with literally one more slice of tuna, but maybe I’m just being picky.
Chicken Karaage - MORE THAN AMAZING. An absolute mountain of chicken, and more healthy portions of veggies and rice. Great seasoning and chipotle mayo.
I enjoyed the passion the wait staff had for their dishes, she was really helpful in helping us decide on our mains.
Thanks Timber! A wonderful experience I hope to repeat, next time for dinner!

Good service but unfortunately the food was flavorless and overpriced. The wagu beef carpaccio appetizer was drown in overspiced sauce and almost impossible to enjoy. The poached halibut was bland, overcooked, with gnioci that was flavorless and mushy, and may have well been served in a bowl of tap water with zucchini that hàd no seasoning. The pork belly special was chewy and again had no seasoning. The soup starter was the best thing on the menu.

Cute little nook restaurant in the sheep/blind Bay Area. You wouldn’t know it but some of the best food in the area! Definitely worth a visit.

Always amazing food & service.!!
We drove an hour after seeing the 4.8 rating on Google Maps, and it was absolutely worth it. We had Timber 1.0, Timber 2.0, and coffee for brunch / breakfast. Everything was flavorful and well prepared, and the service was attentive without being pushy. They serve prime rib on Sundays, so we are already planning a return visit.

We was very surprised to find such a good wagyu burger here. Not drowned in sauce or buried under cheese. Everything was aromatic and subtly seasoned.

We came here as a group of 10, and the staff were super accommodating, they moved tables and chairs so we could all sit together comfortably. The atmosphere was warm and lively, and the food was excellent. I had the Big Boy Bowl, which came with potatoes, ground beef, egg Benedict, tomatoes, and cheese, it was awesome! Highly recommend Timber Shuswap for great food and great service.
