I have been in Food Service for 5 decades in all types of establishments from cafes and truck stops to five star hotels and convention centres and the Grizzly Burger was the best I have ever had in any restaurant I was more than impressed and don’t do as well as they do

Three meals: poutine was okay, chicken and beef burgers were one of the worst burgers we’ve ever had. The bun was cold and stale the chicken was barely warm and unbreaded. Would not recommend.

I stopped at the Grizzly Shack and had a burger with onion rings — both were excellent! The burger came on a soft pretzel bun with a thick, juicy patty that was cooked perfectly. The onion rings were crispy, golden, and not greasy at all. A great spot for a tasty and satisfying meal!

Food was great, we went for the cheese burger with onion rings and a chicken burger and a Greek chicken wrap. It was delicious and a good portion size. The next morning we stopped for coffee but this was not as good but it seems like all hot beverages have taken a deep dive to make more profits with water and lower grade of Coffee.
Great Growlies for mid road trip! I had fish n chips that were tasty and great portion size which worked great as my husband didn’t realize when you order a burger, you only get a burger. We shared my healthy dose of fries. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his burger and the bun looked deelish.

It's always hard to find a good place to eat inbetween Jasper and Kamloops so we were thrilled to find this place for a quick bite to eat. Great food, large portions. Nice to sit outside & stretch the legs.

Amazing food, friendly staff. It was about their closing time, but the lady at the counter was kind to take our order with a smile. It's one of the best poutine I had in a while. Now I got a reason to stop over in this quiet little town on every Jasper trip.

Like a lot of the reviews here, we’d stopped for roadside food on our drive from Kamloops to Jasper and so weren’t expecting much but we actually had a really delicious meal here! Great burger and great poutine that I’d really recommend.
