Excellent food and service. It's a quaint area out of the way in the middle of nowhere. Cool cabins that you can rent out!

A very cozy cafe on the outskirts of town. This cafe is a must visit. It's picturesque, scenic, precious and worth enjoying.

We were greeted and treated to by Maude - a lovely hostess. We ordered a Latte and a Hot Chocolate. I must say the Hot Chocolate is one of the best beverages there. They have an excellent food menu as well and is great to visit for a beautiful view and a lovely coffee. There can be wait time as the car is always busy as they provide excellent service.

The setting is pretty great, but the food is disappointing. No better than going to any average breakfast spot except you pay twice as much and have to wait a long time here. The service also wasn’t great. I’m glad we tried it, but we won’t be coming back.

Food is good, but portions are quite small for the price.

Amazing service!! I felt truly at home! The ambiance was gorgeous! The food, however, was quite not good. I ordered egg benies with mushrooms as they only had tuna as their egg bennys with protein.

-Bread was stale
-The hollandaise sauce lacked flavor. It tasted like cheap diluted mayo
-mushrooms ok
-kale vegan pesto pretty good
-potatoes mediocre
-mayonnaise tasted like liquid cream cheese

Food was way below a humble Denny's egg bennys.

The food does not match the pictures on Google maps as they recently changed the menu.

I only give this gorgeous restaurant a 3⭐️ because the servers and hostess went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed.

The upstairs area with the cozy wood-cabin vibe was really nice. If you’re lucky enough to get the couch by the fireplace facing the river, it’s perfect. The food was delicious too.

Great atmosphere and service. Ordered the eggs al forno, it was really good but it came with absolutely disgusting stale bread. The bread was at least 4 or 5 days old and it made me really grumpy because it was supposed to be dipped into the baked dish. I don’t understand how they could let it happen, didn’t say anything to the waitress and tipped her well because it was not her fault but if someone from Fergie’s reads this, you can’t do that to your guests. If you don’t have fresh bread, then suggest an alternative like english muffins or whatever else you have…

Fergie’s Café, located near the natural surroundings of Vancouver, is a wonderful spot for a casual brunch with friends. Nestled beside lush greenery and forested trails, the café’s outdoor seating area feels like a cozy forest picnic—relaxing, refreshing, and full of charm. Because of its beautiful setting, the restaurant is extremely popular, so expect to wait in line, especially on weekends when it’s often packed.
During this visit, I tried their Eggs Benedict and signature baked egg dish. The flavors were overall quite standard—not particularly surprising but satisfying in a simple, comforting way. The portions were generous, and the dishes leaned toward hearty, home-style cooking rather than bold or complex flavors. The roasted potatoes were one of the highlights: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very enjoyable. As for the drinks—from lattes to cocktails—they were decent and prepared with care, though the taste was more on the average side.
While the food itself may not be extraordinary, the true appeal of Fergie’s lies in its atmosphere. Surrounded by nature with sunlight filtering through the trees, it’s an ideal place to relax, take photos, and enjoy an easy weekend meal with friends. If you’re looking for a scenic, laid-back brunch spot, Fergie’s Café is definitely worth a visit—just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Amazed plant-based options!! We love this place and always recommend them to everyone. They use local and seasonal ingredients and cook with love. Our server Heidi was attentive and friendly.

This restaurant is definitely overrated. The service was very poor, the servers were rude and even made mistakes with our orders without apologizing. We were a group of 10 people, and they served our food in three separate rounds. By the time some of us got our meals, our friends had already finished eating. It was really uncomfortable, and no one from the staff apologized.

The food quality was very average, too heavy, oily, and not worth the hype at all.

Whenever we needed help, we had to wait a long time before anyone came to our table. When it was time to pay, they added a 20% charge just because we were a group of 10. I said I’d pay it, but I mentioned that I wasn’t happy since they didn’t even serve us at the same time. The server rudely replied, “That’s the restaurant rule and you have to pay.”

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s not worth it at all

Beautiful setting but the food and service were both a huge let down. Upon arrival, the hostess upstairs was really warm and welcoming. She was great. The rest of our visit, not so great..

First our waiter forgot about our coffees. I had to ask 2 other servers for coffee. They also forgot to bring them. We had all only ordered drip coffee. They had a carafe on the island and went around to other tables. After about 40 minutes they only brought one coffee but our table had ordered 3. They also forgot to bring milk & sugar after asking a few times. It was not busy at the time of our visit, the servers were just forgetful I guess? Not sure. Our food arrived cold and took quite a while in comparison to other tables who arrived after us 🤦‍♀️

Service issues aside, the food was simply not good. My burger and bun were both burnt, the bun was literally black and seemed like it was missing ingredients. There was no sauce, tomato, relish etc on the burger. It was dry and flavourless. The quality did not match the price. It is not worth waiting for, as the wait is usually 30 minutes to over an hour for a table. I would only stop in again for a coffee & skip the food. I had high hopes for this spot. We’ve tried visiting multiple times but were turned away due to the long wait. It was a disappointing first experience :(

My friends and I visit this place once a year around this time, there’s just something magical about it. The fall colors, the trees, and the river make it feel so cozy and peaceful. Last year, we tried their old breakfast menu and loved it. This time, we got to try their new one, still delicious, but the portions were a bit smaller. For example, their French toast used to come as thick, fluffy slices, but now it’s noticeably smaller. Still, we always come back for the experience and if you get a seat by the fireplace, it really hits the spot.
