Need to spend time to wait for seats

All it took to convince me to come here were the snaps sent by my colleague and I am truly impressed by this place! This is an airy yet cozy cafe hidden among the woods with access to a small beach, accompanying Cheekamus River, right behind it, and a park where kids and dogs (and adults!) can cool off in the shade. It’s only about 10-15 minutes from Squamish, and totally worth visiting if you’re making a trip to Squamish/Whistler. This was only my second time having eggs benedict and it was LEVELS above my first one (in Victoria). The eggs and pulled pork are served on a buttermilk biscuit with the perfect level of crunch, and all three together make the perfect bite! Would totally recommend the brioche French toast too - probably the best French toast I’ve ever had.

My only gripe with the place is that it’s a touch on the pricier side.

When I want to get away from the city and have some really good food, I go visit Fergies. Thank you for always making my trip special. Amazing breakfast and brunch options! I love the matcha latte as well. The access to the river from cafe is a bonus point.

Saw this place on an instagram reel and decided to give it a shot on our way to Whistler. The rush is real! If you are planning to eat here expect a wait. The service was good and the food was worth the wait, good coffee too!

Good food and environment, charge for regular coffee refills, no separate bills, bad services with attitude

I used to be a big fan of Fergie’s Café and visited around 5–6 times. My first and second experiences were absolutely unforgettable. However, during my recent visits, I’ve noticed some changes that are a bit disappointing.

The portions have become noticeably smaller, and the taste of the food isn’t the same as it used to be. When I asked one of the waiters about the lower quality of the meals, I was told that the management team had changed.

That said, the atmosphere and service are still excellent, but the taste and portion sizes just don’t match the high standard I remember.

Been here a few times. Service and wait times have gotten worse each time. Their system to seat people is extremely inefficient despite a lot of available seating. We’ve come by on a weekday before noon with the same results.

3.5 stars - Great location out by the river bend and the food/service was great. But I would consider it still a but off the beaten path, but once you arrive you'll be delightfully surprised. (From August 2024)

I ordered the French toast with blue berries. It was THE BEST French toast I have ever eaten in my entire life! Atmosphere was great. Most of the staff were great except our server was a bit snobbish. He didn't seem to enjoy serving people. Maybe he was having a bad day.
