Especially on a sunny day, this restaurant is the place to be for taking in sun and beautiful views and without forgetting some drink and food. It is easy to bike to here and to leave it outside on bike-racks. The staff were very nice to us. You should pay a visit to this place

Fantastic home style diner food with an incredible view of the nearby river where the salmon cross. As others have said, the waitress is simply fantastic. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve received service that seemed this personal and welcoming. You don’t meet people like this very often, so I hope the restaurant values how great of a waitress she is.Food wise, it was some of the best we’ve had in BC. The famous baked brie was so so good. The garlic jam and roasted garlic made a great pairing with the cheese. Even the salad was beyond my expectations. Everything tasted fresh and the homemade balsamic vinaigrette was done well.

Great restaurant! They have a nice patio and one section of the patio accepts dogs. It only has two tables though so we didn't have a chance to sit there; we had to take out. It's fine because there is a pedestrian/bike trail right by the restaurant with many benches that look over the river and the mountains behind. Very beautiful spot and still quiet. Food is great too, still surprisingly reasonably priced.Parking: The restaurant has a small parking - probably 5-6 cars can park there maximum. There is some other parking across the street; one is free (usually full) and the other one is paid.

Food was great with a big selection on the menu. Lots of Canadian beers to choose from and we sat inside by the window so the view was fantastic.I would say it gets pretty noisy in there hence the 4 stars in the atmosphere.Servers were efficient and friendly.We would definitely go there again!

So good to come here and enjoy the scenic landscape with some beers and good food. You can spot eagles in the trees if you’re lucky! Their burgers and sandwiches are delicious and service was excellent.
Wow what a placeMust try the food and the views on your way to Whistler.The tomato soup was to die for.Every dish we tried was exquisite.The view is very unique summer must be even better.Visited again and wow, amazing food friendly staff awesome views, what more can you ask for.

Always have a great time here. Nice spot to stop, take a selfie at the river. I had the Prawns in creamy Cajun sauce. Oh boy, really good "I Guarontee"!! Happy hour ipa and lager priced well. Also tried chicken pot pie (a little dry) with the daily soup (mushroom, a tad bland). Burgers are always good here. Meatball sub looked amazing. Will try next time

The views here are incredible. The burger was absolutely delicious, but several of my yam fries were burnt. Our server was friendly, but too busy to provide decent service. It was busy, we understood that, but she had far more tables than she could adequately care for. We waited for ages to have our order taken, and my friend's drink came very late. Our food arrived in ok time, but then we waited a really, really long time for our server to come back so we could ask for the bill. No chance of us getting another drink, or anything else- there was no opportunity to ask for it. Some of the other staff appeared to be less busy, but they weren't really helping out those who needed it. An overall feeling of chaos here. I'd get that burger again though!

I came here with friends who wanted to check this place because they saw it in some TV show. The food is good, at least there are few vegan options. The waitress asks you about your day when she brings you a bill - quite a typical approach in this part of the world to get better tips. In general the staff here looks a bit annoyed or stressed. The atmosphere creates a mixed impression of a pub for locals and tourists at the same time. The parking is quite limited. We had to buy something for 20 bucks in the store across the road to park a car at their parking lot, although we got a 10% discount on our bar cheque.Vegetarian options: Yam fries, vegan burger
