Dirtiest a&w I've ever been to. Washrooms don't even have hot water. Used to be a go to spot on our road trips, this and the ridiculous prices will have us going elsewhere now.

Unfortunately they need some help here. Stood in line for almost 5 minutes no one even acknowledged I was there. Walked around the store for a minute got back in line. Appeared to be only one staff member working waited another 4 to 5 minutes and the person in front of me this time still hadn't been acknowledged. I went and got a coffee and muffin from the gas station. Looked over when leaving and the gentleman was still standing in line and hadn't even been helped yet... couldn't do drive thru as it was closed....

Our recent visit to your establishment, we where disheartened by the quality of the food served. The onion rings, fries, and burgers were far from satisfying, with a distinct taste that suggested the cooking oil hadn’t been changed in a while. This oversight in maintaining freshness standards significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable meal. It’s my hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their food preparation practices for future patrons.

A big plexiglass wall between the clerk and customer, can't hear each other, the order was wrong. They corrected it but oh geez, not good..

Omg! Went there last year (didn't stay because...IT SMELLED LIKE RAE SEWEGE INSIDE THE RESTAURANT...it's all you could taste...the smell didn't leave my nose for 2 hours ?.Went through just today and IT STILL SMELLS!!! I saw people EATING in there....I'm sorry your nose also plays a role with how your food tastes.We left....I won't go back again the smell is absolutely horrible. There has to be a health risk inside that restaurant....where's food safe at?!??
