They set their own prices compared to normal dq, super snippy about questions, puts the bare food on the bare table and wont give a tray like we re expected to hold onto our food like gerbils. I not once saw anyone clean a table in the almost an hr my kids ate.
Seems small town buisiness' dont have to care about return business when you have a monopoly on fast food and tourism keeps constant gain.
Well i am become more and more soured on the dining out experience and am learning more and more it is not worth the money or the stomach cancer.

Walk in, 2 people standing there, and they ask how they can help. Still standing about 7 feet from the cash register. So I approach one, and they go no. Not that one, absolutely horrible customer service. And they still treat ya ya like still have the vid . Owners, management step up the skills of those working for you

By far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen. We enjoy going to Dairy Queen, but the one is cache creek has turned me off.
Every time we’ve been, the staff is completely lethargic, bothered by our presence and make it quite obvious that they don’t want to be there.
On one occasion, we ordered 2 blizzards. When the young lady behind the counter handed them to us, we asked which one was which? Her reply…I dunno…you figure it out. Can you imagine!?
I wouldn’t have one single employee from there work for me. LAZY! No customer service and rude! Shame on management. Poor.

Debit machines down, and waiting 20 mins to get told that at drive thru window as the drive thru was that backed up. I couldn’t get my order. Maybe signage when this occurs so your not wasting peoples time in +30 degree weather

Since when is a small cone not served fully filled out to the edges? I know I purchased a small but the small dipped cones used to be sooo generous!! See my pic to witness the shrinkflation. The value for money spent is not there anymore. You will LOSE customers.

That's the last time I will ever buy DQ soft serve again. Suuuuuck. Do better people - franchisees!!

Terrible burgers, definitely not the regular DQ taste, presentation or service.

$38 for 2 burgers and 2 ice creams, staff was rude handing out the food, Chicken burger was dry and the lettuce was old and limp. Just go to a proper restaurant for that price and maybe they will act like they want your business.

It is a DQ, not a high end Restaurant. Service was ok, the blizzard not as frozen as it should, but more or less ok!
