Seems every time we go through THIS drive through, it takes much longer than it should. Recently we tried yet again ordered a small Sunday and onion rings. Between ordering and sitting at the window (there was only 2 cars before us) we waited 15-20 minutes AT the drive through window. We got our somewhat melted Sunday right away at least. Older lady came to the window and didn't seem to care that we would rather get a refund than wait anymore minutes for a single order of onion rings. Unbelievable

Smelled like nasty sewer inside, we did not stay like planned. Honestly should have been closed to public entering and maybe drive thru too until they sorted that out but sounds like it happens often was told it came on fast this time .....

A friend of mine went into your store and he was wearing a hat for an American fly reel company.Thie kid that was working there said we don't accept $100 Canadian bills from Americans. My friend was a Canadian born and raised in B.C. my friend will be boycotting your store for years to come.

I keep trying to give the Cache Creek DQ a second chance. And every time I tell myself I’m not going back. This time, I actually am not. I always get a Choco Brownie Xtreme and today when I ordered, I said “can I please get a choco brownie extreme”. And they said “do you want brownie in it?” Well… The brownie should already be included. But I said yes. I get the blizzard and there’s one chunk of brownie. One. In a medium. Must’ve accidentally fallen in there too. Extremely disappointed and upset. I love DQ but Cache Creek never gets it right. My experience has been the same the past two times I went to this DQ too. No brownie or lack of brownie, not mixed well.

I went to Cache Creek, BC (V0K 1H0) and tried something really yummy – the Blizzard Oreo Hot Cocoa. If you like Oreos and sweet things, you should definitely try it. I got the medium size, and it cost $7.34 CAD.This drink is like a mix of hot chocolate and Oreo cookies. It's really chocolatey and has bits of Oreo in it, which makes it crunchy and fun to drink. The cocoa is smooth and creamy, but not too thick. It's just right.Even though it's sweet, it's not too much. It's perfect for people who love sweet drinks. The medium size is big enough to make you feel warm and happy, especially when it's cold outside. So, if you're in Cache Creek and want something sweet and warm, try the Blizzard Oreo Hot Cocoa. It's great for anyone who loves Oreos or hot chocolate. It's a really nice treat.Rating: 4.5/5 – A great choice for anyone who likes sweet, chocolatey drinks.

Was excited to have some dinner. Went with my son to the front and spoke with a very disrespectful lady. Got 3 kids meals and a burger for myself. 9.99 for a kids meal with the 2 fry sized chicken fingers. Unacceptable. Will never go to Dairy Queen again.

We stopped for lunch while travelling through. It's been a decades long tradition to stop at Caches Creeks DQ along our travels. I've never had a bad experience there ever. This afternoon they not only got half our order wrong. The chicken burger I ordered, was actually the Spicy Chicken. It was so dried out, like it had been microwaved. The chicken piece was not just dry but so small, and had a green colored tinge to It. It also tasted totally off. I never realized until after a second bite unfortunately. I did notice before my first bite that the the top bun and bottom bun were different sizes. It was kind of amusing. The first bite no chicken just bun. The second bite... couldn't even chew the chicken it was so hard and tasted gross! ?? At least my husbands dbl cheeseburger and fries were great.

The drive thru is closed. So dine in or take away only. They seem to be understaffed. Took quite a while to get my food. My food was handed to me by hand stacked up instead of on a tray. Fries weren't very hot. I asked for extra onion and pickles, and they put a ridiculous amount on. I had to remove some. Some of the lettuce was brown and gross and also had to be removed. The fountain drink was watered down way too much. I won't ever return to this location.

Stopped here on thanksgiving long weekend and Ordered 3 cheese burgers, all 3 of us were disgusted at the stale buns, the ice cold burger, everything we requested not to be on it was on. My husband said the urinals were ripped off the wall, water running full blast, no paper towels. If you’re the manager- where is the pride in running that establishment- should be shut down. We’re still talking 2 hrs later how horrible it was. Just waiting for the food poisoning to set in.
