Used to love to stop by for lunch and a treat Now it seems out of my price range for what you get The menu board said $16.99 for a soup and sandwich So we ordered and with a bottle of coke the bill came to $29 When we came it to double check, the cashier was not friendly and matter of fact said I got a grilled sandwich and it sandwich alone was $17.99 Not impressed with the prices or service

Great healthy sandwiches and frozen chicken pot pies to go!

Overall overpriced.
Bought big sack of potatoes and onions.
Onions went bad in two weeks and the potatoes were unwashed and green once we peeled them. The few potatoes I was able to use gave us stomach pains.
It was fairly disappointing.

If you are familiar with the arid environment of the Thompson-Nicola region, this farm looks literally like an oasis in the desert. From the moment you turn your car into their driveway and make your way up the property, the fields of sunflowers and sweetcorn first catch your eye. Then it is the wide and colourful array of seasonal produce in large crates at the entrance. Depending on the season, flower enthusiasts have plenty to look at in the spring, while pumpkin fans have gourds of all sizes and shapes to choose from in the autumn.

For city-dwellers like us stuck on many ultra processed grocery options, we appreciated the food on sale here because most of it is produced and made on site. Where the authentic farm-to-table experience really comes into its own was sampling their (many) baked goods, fresh buttery corn on the cob and the custom sandwiches made-to-order after handwriting your choices on this cute little paper form that we hand to their kitchen team. Their sandwiches are a real highlight because every single ingredient including the bread came from the farm!

We enjoyed our lunch sitting in their spacious back patio area, looking over the fields of apple trees and the other rows of pick-your-own seasonable vegetables in the far distance, and watching and listening to all the other visitors eat, play and make the most of their time on the farm.

If we were not just stopping by mid-road trip for our lunch, we could totally see ourselves spending the whole afternoon here picking our own produce from the fields and being reminded why it was so nice to not only eat food from plastic packaging.

The staff were incredibly hardworking and friendly. They run a big operation there so there are plenty of uniformed staff who were around to help with any questions we had. The place was just full of activity and looked like a proud local institution that travellers and regulars enjoyed alike.

The next time you drive past Cache Creek, save this location and remember to drop by because it is easy to miss it if you are not “in the know”. You will certainly not regret it.

Went by long weekend and had amazing breakfast sandwiches, waffles and coffee. We drive by whenever in town and always pick up herb bread and pie!! It’s tradition and love the apple and pumpkin. Stocked up for the holidays and picked up cute stocking stuffers for the kids from the Christmas shop. Till next time…

Always great place to stop. Eat there almost every trip. And bring home some pies. Kids love the cat.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped at Horsting's on our way through cache creek, and easily turned an intended half hour stop into over an hour. The flowers were beautiful, and as a couple in our mid 20's we had more fun than expected on the bouncy platfrom and pedal karts. The corn maze was very well done and a great challenge, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great value for the admission fee!

Amazing experience for my boyfriend and I this month at Horsting's! The lady at the ticket desk was SO helpful and friendly. (Thanks for taking a picture of us!) Beautiful flowers and great value for money. Go check out the corn maze!

Great little place to stop for a picnic, a shop, a snack, and so much more! I've loved this place since childhood and have seen it change hands a couple of times over the years and can honestly say it's only gotten better over those years. There is now a seasonal pumpkin patch, seasonal upick, and a cafe offering much more selection from what I remember as a little one! The cafe is very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity served. However, I docked a star for the price of produce and other goods as I do find it quite expensive.
The sandwiches are delicious and fresh and always stacked high with the best ingredients! (Literally the softest bread - yet not crumbly)
This time, we switched it up and opted for the strawberry Nutella croissant and a filled ginger cookie. Neither of them disappointed and the croissant was gone before we left the parking lot! 🤤
Of course, we had to stop on the way out to see the chickens, test the swings, and enjoy the scenic surroundings!

P.s. we came last year and enjoyed the haunted maze, the pedal cars, the wipe out style inflatable, and so much more!!! If you get the chance, I highly recommend the seasonal pumpkin patch and everything it has to offer.

Had a wonderful experience at Horsting’s Farm Market! There was a variety of pumpkins to choose from and we only paid just under $12 for three pumpkins. The flower U-Pick was very fun and we were able to make a beautiful bouquet. The corn maze wasn’t so straight forward that it was boring, but it also wasn’t so difficult that it was frustrating. We were thrilled that we were able to bring our dog for the small price of $10. The staff were helpful, but allowed guests to explore independently which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!
