Don’t waste your money here unless you want a mediocre sandwich and don’t care what it costs. My husband and I came in there today and he got tuna and they totally jipped him and had it definitely wasn’t the amount it should have had. I ordered mine and asked for cucumbers and the guy was like we don’t have any. So no overstock of tuna or cucumbers prepped for a lunchtime on a long weekend??? Pathetic it cost $46 for 2 footings longs, 2 foot longs with really skimpy toppings, 2 bags of chips and 2 fountain drinks. Definitely not worth the cost. I won’t be returning to this location again on my way through.

We came in and one of the workers was sweeping, another group was ahead of us and he didn’t start helping them until we were out of the bathroom. The other worker came out of the back, seen the line and slowly walked to back after grabbing something. The other worker didn’t come out to help until there was a much bigger line and the store was packed. When we got our food and started eating it we found a hair in the sandwich. The worker making our sandwiches was not wearing a beard net when he should’ve been. When we brought it in there was a huge line and we told the worker and weren’t offered a refund or anything.

They charged 6$ for extra meat and 5.68 for a meal skimped on meat Cheese sauce and veggies went online and did the same order cost like 60-70 dollars and my cookie was half raw

Stopped in for a late lunch. Had a new trainee serving us (I don’t blame the trainee, it seemed clear she was trained this way). Very skimpy on the veggies, very slow service. After spending almost $90 we weren’t even offered a bag to buy to carry our food out in. Immediately after paying both staff members retreated to the back. After emptying out a bag from my truck and returning to place my food in it, I actually had to raise my voice to call one of them from the back so I could get a receipt. If anyone wonders why the Subway franchise is dying, it is because of locations like Cache Creek. Should have driven a little further and gotten tacos from the stand on the other side of town.

Awesome experience!! Great food, fresh and yummy. Staff was the owner she was engaging and very nice. The owner gave us info for places around town. We liked her we decided to try the newly renovated hotel next door. It too was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

She tried to charge me for a mistake SHE made with a customer previous to me. She forgot to charge them with double beef and then promptly tried to pass the buck onto me just because i knew them. Her shirt around her stomach area was also touching my sandwich while she was making it. Also only put 4 olives on a footlong.

I recently visited the Subway at Cache Creek and had an outstanding experience. The wrap was perfectly made—warm, soft bread, crisp fresh veggies. What really stood out was the service from Kamal , who was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was just how I like it. Great place for a quick, customizable, and delicious meal—highly recommend!
