There was a hair in my food. Most of the veggies look like they were ready to be thrown away. The person making my sandwich was really mean to her coworker. Disgusted and disappointed. And unless prices went up, they overcharged me.

They are so slow and I kept having to remind them what I asked for. They are so unorganized behind the counter you wonder if they where every trained. I enjoy subway but this one is truly terrible, will not be coming back to this one on any travles. Took me next to 30mins to get a sandwich and there where only 2 people ahead of me. Like watching molasses going up hill in winter. And over $40 just for two people? Like damn.

My husband tried to order a sub Monday, May 1 2023. He was going to be charged $22.60 for a footling BMT. He refused to pay that price. Will never never stop there again.

I have been to this location here and there over the years because as others have stated they are very cheap with the ingredients, so wasn’t going to review until today. We had a trainee that seemed new to English as a second language so were understandably patient. Ordered a kids pack, and two foot longs (pizza sub and turkey breast with ham.) I had asked for a little bit of salt at the end.The kids pack didn’t come with the juice box or water and the snack it is supposed to come with, and when we asked for it we tried to explain it for about 7 minutes before leaving without it because the trainee argued with us.Upon taking a bite of mine, it was covered in pepper so I took another bite to see if I could suffer and eat it. I couldn’t and my son wouldn’t have been able to eat it either. When we returned for a refund the owner? Came over from the hotel and argued that because two bites were taken out of my sandwich they weren’t going to give a refund. She then proceeded to tell my partner that I should have been watching the guy make the sandwich and see the pepper being poured on it.As someone who grew up around this area, it saddens me that a trainee was left by themselves without help (when it came to the kids pack) And then the owner arguing a simple refund.Personally our family will never return to this location.

This subway is amazing, i usually hate subway but at this subway it tasted fresh and amazing, and staff are very polite.

The subs were perfectly made. Everything was placed on the sandwich perfectly. The bread was nice and fresh. Everything was very clean. Very friendly staff and service was quick. Much appreciated.

Foot long CBR only had 4 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers on it. Scared to ask for more, in case it comes out of their paycheque.Food was ok, speed and quantity not. Did not give the meal discount with chips and drink. Almost 60 for 2 6" subs, 2 foot longs, 2 bags of chips and a bottle of water. No double meat

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!For starters they are extremely slow at making the subs and are extremely cheap on the veggies got almost nothing in my sub. They also have No clue what they are doing, one of the subs I ordered was the chipotle steak and avocado and they weren’t even going to put in avocado….it’s literally in the name of the sub…after I paid I realized on one of my subs they charged me for the wrong sub and charged me for a more expensive sub but when I mentioned it they said that the sub I ordered “didn’t have a button for it on the register” so they charged me a more expensive one instead. They refused to do anything to fix the situation so I just left. This subway essentially stole from me and thinks it ok. I wrote a review on their website and the response I got was sorry you had a bad experience and that’s it. Nothing was done and they do not care about their customers at all. Once again DO NOT EVER COME HERE! The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a subway. This subway needs to be shutdown.

Wow! I haven't been to this location in awhile! I had great service and they gave me everything I asked for so I tipped $5 was very clean and by the looks of it others enjoyed their food as well

Missing half of the ingredients asked for lots of green peppers I got four on a foot long and no one was up front for ten minutesProbably you should not go here a bit expensive compared to other branches
