Today I ordered a “grilled chicken” wrap! What I received was just disgusting! When I opened it up it was ground chicken out of a can! It was absolutely horrible. I highly recommend people pass by or even better, stop at the Tim Hortons 8 kms south at Cornwall

Incredibly busy Tim Hortans that appears understaffed with a poor staff station layout. Employees were constantly getting in each other's way and having to wait around for one employee to finish their task before continuing their own. Other locations don't have this issue and this Tim Hortans needs an interior redeign to improve efficiency. 15 minute wait for a coffee and donut isn't acceptable. Please update your restaurant.

0545 in a.m. only one person in front of me.had to wait 15 min to order. They completely messed my order up.they got my coffee wrong and they gave me the wrong flavor of muffins. Too many mistakes and unnecessary delays for me to go back.not worth it unless you want random anything other than what you ordered.

I've never had to wait so long for a simple Timmys order.. ridiculous. Front of house seemed to have it together, but anyone ordering from the kitchen had an agonizingly long wait. Get it together people....

I ordered 2 steeped tea’s, 1 crispy cilantro wrap, 1 chicken parmesan pizza and 1 garlic bread but i got a hair in garlic bread it was too disgusting 🤮🤮

My least favorite Tim Hortons so far. Waited an incredibly long time for a turkey club amd wasn't the only one waiting. One couple placed their order online and waited just to see which was quicker... I will be avoiding this stop in the future as I drive through Cache Creek regularly.

Horrible washroom situation! One handicap toilet, and one other toilet. That is absolutely unacceptable. When cache Creek is the middle stopping point when coming from PG or Vancouver or Kamloops. We had to wait 20 minutes in a lineup to get to a washroom
