The lady working the window (I did not catch her name unfortunately) was quick, extremely polite, and let me know that she will help me when she can instead of not saying anything. I watched her bring a meal out to a car waiting and she RAN back to help, an infinite raise for that lady. Will definitely be coming back to see her again.

Ordered for a veg burger and received Chicken. Checked about this to Ashley, who I think could be the supervisor who was very rude and had no proper customer service. Did not apologize for it. Having a Supervisor like her is a negative example to other young staff. I understand the restaurant when it’s busy but being polite to customers would not cost anything. The other staff members were good.

Very bad customer service. Food was burnt and when requested for a change to Miss. ASHLEY, she rudely snatched the food from my hand without any apology and asked the next person to give the fresh fries. The staff was good but Miss. Ashley needs to be a little more polite with both customers and her staff.

I went to A&W down town Campbell River and there was a mistake I called and talked to the manager. She was very friendly and gave me two free meals and a two apple pies. ❤️ the staff there is very friendly. And just a reminder everyone is understaffed so be patient.
