Excellent customer service. Food was hot and delicious. I particularly liked the Buddy Snack Pack. I’m not a big eater and it was the perfect size. Kudos to all for a job well done!

I've been to many locations. This is one of the best! I waited a little longer, but was told it would be a few minutes. They were making a fresh batch of onion rings. Well worth the wait. 5 out 5 for the onion rings today. Excellent service every time I visit this location.

This is a massive customer service shout out to recognize Christine (store manager) and Kristen (area manager) of the A&W on Island Hwy in Campbell River who went above and beyond to help reunite me with my wallet. I accidentally left it in the women's washroom when passing through Campbell River yesterday on my way to catch the 10:45pm ferry from Nanaimo to get back home to the lower mainland.
