Food was absolutely delicious! We had the curry, the green and the red and it was really yummy. The coconut rice was super good too. The portion size was really large. We also enjoyed the iced coffee, we highly recommend!

I don't know where the poor reviews are coming from but I think they reviewed the wrong restaurant .
The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I ordered the deep fried banana with mango ice-cream which was the best I've ever had.
Eat here!

Surprised by the rating. One of the best/most flavorful pad thai I've had in the past few years. And my 3 year old refuses to eat, but she loved the pork wontons, so we'll be going back for sure

Great lunch options at reasonable prices. I chose chicken pad thai and a spring roll, with green tea. Service was quick and courteous, and the meal came out piping hot. Perfectly spiced. The restaurant has huge windows that look out over a treed square.

Friendly staff, easy location, excellent food! I will be back!
Very fresh, good quantity cashew chicken coconut rice and veggies rolls
Thought this was bann thai from Victoria.
It tasted ok but.
Only half the ingredients most restaurants use.
very small portions for what they charge you.
Felt kinda ripped off.
We ate our meals in under 5 minutes.
Pros: Awesome location in you’re staying in the downtown harbor area. Affordable food. Simple, straightforward menu. Nice view from top floor location. Kind staff.
Cons: Service was a bit slow. Food was okay. Dinning room a bit cramped.
Overall: I ate here thinking it would be a nice hole-in-the-wall Thai food place with great food. I was underwhelmed by the food and the experience. Go for the price and location.
Food was really good. I’d like to think it was freshly made. Portions were a bit small compared to the other Baan Thai restaurant we’ve been too. Good spice for the curries we ordered. Trying to locate this restaurant was confusing as we ended up in a Vietnamese restaurant, but we were kindly redirected to the right place - which is above the Vietnamese restaurant. It’s almost like a mom and pop restaurant, but quite old. Service was very slow, we had to wait for over 35 minutes for just two orders. I believe they only had one server when we visited. We were tempted to get our meal to go, when we requested this, the server said our food was on the way to us. Service/atmosphere wasn’t professional.. the owners kids were in the restaurant, in a corner blocked off by a room divider. You could here them cry/play/laugh; and the owner would call out from the welcome table for them to keep the noise down.
