We chose this place because of the excellent review of the fish and chips. The menu was so interesting that we ended up choosing the salmon tacos. Very generous portion of tasty salmon! Friendly & attentive service too. Happy to recommend this gem!

Lived in CR for 3 years. Never been. Rolled in to check it out. Great food, fun staff, and amateur musicians just having a great time. Drinks were good as well. Hit the spot and will be back.

Super Mario = no problem .. great food .. very reasonable priced considering inflation .. lunch for 2 with a nice glass of wine slightly over $50 .. last time we went for lunch at a different restaurant well over $100 for a similar lunch wine aswell.. will definitely add Big Rock Garage to a rotation !!Thanks for an amazing 1st experience !!Kid-friendliness: Lots of space - kid menuWheelchair accessibility: Being disabled myself.. no issues navigating parking is really close. .. not obstacles to speak of !! I've been there twice and each time, the staff is courteous and the food is amazing. I've had the fish'n chips. Best I've tasted so far. Not greasy or overly battered and cooked to perfection. The second time was the Leg of Lamb in a sauce. OMG! So tender and flavourful! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone of my friends.

Decided to order take out for my lunch at work. Called and they said it would be 30 mins for my order, which was longer than I expected but that was fine, I said I would pick up at 1.15. Ordered lumpia and a SIDE caesar salad. Got there and my bill was nearly 40$. I saw she had charged me for a meal sized caesar, i. told her i wanted a side and she said it wasnt an option. Had her remove it from the order. Took my lumpia to go. I wasn't informed that at some point they had changed it to a "fresh lumpia" which was not at all what I wanted as I hate peanut sauce. When I called and informed her this wasn't what I thought I was getting I was given no option for a new meal or even a discount on future orders. Will not be back.

Absolutely delicious sushi! We had the cod and chips and a salad bowl, starting with some sushi rolls. Man that was the best sushi we have had in many years!!! Great job and cute place! Will be back!
