Tried the chicken and mushroom fettuccine, wasn't impressed, the mushrooms were sliced so thin, the chicken was rubbery. Not much flavor, the garlic toast had more flavor. My partner had the lasagna and I've never seen a lasagna loose in the plate, not much sauce or meat....

Ordered pizza,Caesar salad and cheesecake from BPs through Door Dash. Arrived lukewarm, no cutlery, no napkins and no dressing for the Caesar salad. Called DD to confirm they didn’t forget a pkg and they didn’t. Called BPs to let them know and they asked if I could travel there (from my hotel) to get the items they forgot to pack. I told them I couldn’t, and that’s why I ordered DD. I asked if they could credit me so I wouldn’t be paying $12 for a plain bowl of lettuce. She put me on hold and never came back.

We ate in 1 time and the waitress helping us was suuuuuper rude as if she hated first nations or really big guys either way unprofessional of her she got no tip after that. This was a few years ago now so no idea if she's there I never went back with my family of 5. Lost lots of money 💰. I usually tip good if your good to my family and I.

Boston Pizza has fantastic food - I really enjoyed the Hungry Carnivore. However, the sports bar atmosphere wasn't for me. Great for game day, but not my top pick for a relaxed dinner.
Great dinner at BP's. Our server was awesome, very friendly & attentive. The beers were cold. We had salt & pepper wings which were amazing, fresh & hot. We shared our favorite mediterranean pizza, so good, lots of toppings. We also shared the braised beef mac n cheese because of the pasta deal for the month of January. The mac n cheese itself was good, great cheesy sauce and baked with cheese on top, but we weren't a fan of the flavor of the beef, plus there wasn't much beef. There was an odd spice that sort of ruined the flavor of the dish. I don't think we would get that pasta dish again. But highly recommend the pizza, wings, and ice cold beers.

There was a long black hair baked in to the macaroni. I was given in store credit and was met with understanding and respect for the staff. It does not the feeling to disgust I felt for find a hair after eating a portion of my meal. I might add I ordered this to my home. Overall amazing staff but dissatisfied with the quality of food safety.

People actually come with high expectations, after a long day or a night to come eat and spend their money. I’ve had a long night shift and straight up we went to doctors for our dental appointment. We decided to eat out. Unfortunately The service at boston pizza was a disaster. I had a long day to go again until I could sleep. We discussed if we wanted to have tea or coffee, i felt like i was needing a coffee.
While the server misunderstood and brought us tea, when i asked for coffee. She goes “YOU WANT COFFEE NOW” Felt so terrible, food was just a mediocre taste. I honestly am never going back.
