Finally, it took me 20 years but I food my new number one fish and chips shop! Portions are generous, quality is great and the price is fair. If I could put this place in my pocket and take it home I would! I rarely give 5 stars. But they deserve it.

I really wanted to like this place, the staff is so friendly. But unfortunately after 2 attempts, the fish taste fishy, I couldn’t eat it.

Soooo good. We’re back home in Ontario now but truly miss how good the fish and chips here is! The cod is delicious. We tried the salmon out of curiosity but the cod is the best!

Absolutely the Best Fish & Chips Experience!

Dik’s Fish & Chips is truly a hidden gem and one of the best places I’ve ever visited for fish and chips. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite, and they treat you like a valued guest every single time.

The food is on a whole different level. The fish is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—fresh, flavorful, and always cooked just right. The batter is light, golden, and never greasy. The fries are amazing as well: hot, crunchy, and seasoned perfectly. Everything comes out fresh, not sitting around, and you can tell they care about quality in every single plate.

Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you can taste the passion they put into their food. The place is clean, organized, and comfortable, making it a great spot for families, lunch breaks, or a casual dinner.

I’ve tried many fish & chip places before, but nothing comes close to the consistency, taste, and service at Dik’s. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for delicious, authentic, high-quality fish and chips. This is my go-to place, and I will definitely keep coming back!

During my stay in Campbell River, I had some chowder from other restaurants but yours was the best!
