great service and they aim to please , we will be back have to try their Prime Rib special , we found this little gem , nothing fancy but good family cooking
Veal cutlets No mashed potatoesBeef was dry for open beef sandwichI hear burgers are good though
I wanted to give 7 stars, but Google Maps only allows for 5.this sandwich was the right size, meaning gigantic, I will probably not need to eat in the next week. great place
Not a fancy place but the prices were fair, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We all had and enjoyed the fish & chips. Some cod and some Halibut. The two of us had both and split the fish. One of each. I love the old style beer batter. It's not the thin style batter. It's what most of us grew up with and don't find very often. Would we go back? Hell yes and we will spread the word about this fine restaurant. Duke's, a pretty good place to eat.

Amazing burgers last night, wonderful service!
On a mini vacation in Campbell River and saw Dukes was open on Boxing Day. So glad we stopped in, great service and kudos to the chef for the fantastic burgers!
My friends and I took my husband out of the hospital and went to Dukes for lunch. The food was amazing. The staff gave him a desert with candles. They're all wonderful. We will eat there for the rest of our lives.
Great service. Food was ok.
This place caught our eye while driving around on vacation. It just looked like the oldstyle cafes of years ago and as it was busy we assumed the food to be good. It was a good choice - a menu with all the old time favourites at good prices. The waitress was cheerful and the food was exactly as we expected. Decent portions and well prepared. The pricing was right and we went back for a second visit. Anyone looking for haute cuisine or fancy surroundings would be dissapointed, but for me a full belly of good food at the right price hit the spot.
