Fratelli Pizzeria

We ordered a pizza from Fratelli this week and I had high hopes, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed (especially because I paid $72 with tip and delivery for one pizza) when it arrived, it was already cold, didn’t taste super fresh. I also felt for the price, the toppings were lacking.

My husband and I dropped by this great little spot yesterday for some pizza slices and wanted vegetarian pizza and they only had 1 piece left, so the lovely lady behind the counter offered right away to make a fresh veggie pizza, and offered to not put garlic on the pizza on our inquiry as to whether they could exclude garlic. We happily sat in the super comfy barber shop style chairs and settled in to enjoy the wonderful aroma of fresh pizza! When we went to pay for our 4 slices this lovely lady offered us a box for our slices, and if that wasn’t enough, she threw in an additional slice because ‘we’d waited so patiently’! Wow! And the cherry on top: best pizza we’ve had since moving to Vancouver Island 13 years ago from North Van! Rivals the best pizza place in Little Italy in Vancouver that we used to go to….. we will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal!

We ordered 2 pizzas tonight from Fratelli’s for the first time and wow it was worth every penny. The pizza’s are huge and very tasty! Well done and we will be back!

Great Pizza’ our new local spot. ❤️

First time we ordered pizza a few months ago-Excellent!
Second time-Not so excellent-Pizza was cold by the time we got the pizza delivered and didn't taste all that great? Also ordered some dip-Didn't come? Sooo, would we order from Fratelli's again, maybe in the future-one more try, but not for a while.

The lady who answered the phone was a little bit rude, I wanted a Montreal pizza with extra toppings which would be the vegetables that come on a vegetarian pizza and she said sorry we don't do that and I said you can make two pizzas but you can't combine all the toppings on one? Nope can't do that.....

Always nice to discover pizza inspired by Brooklyn’s best. This is a must try if you are a pizza enthusiast visiting Vancouver Island

My husband and I moved here about a year ago, and this has become the only pizza place we go to. I work downtown, so admittedly we go way too often, but it’s just irresistible. The vibe is great, the owner is friendly and accommodating, and it’s always the same staff working, which gives the place a wonderful consistency of service.

Most importantly, the pizza is incredible. It’s huge, has that perfect brick-fired taste, and the quality ingredients make all the difference. Sometimes we just stop in for a couple of slices on the way home, and other times we order a full pie. We’re never disappointed with the taste, quality, or service.

Jessie responded promptly & was extremely generous to the River City Cycle Club. When asked if he could discount pizzas for an event, he donated them without hesitation! He even offered to discount a gift card! The pizza is next level, authentic Italian pizza. The value is great because the pies are huge, loaded with toppings & can easily feed 4-6 people. Please support this local, family run business who often gives back to the community 🍕❤️

Great folks. Great vibes. Best pizza going. If you don't have a team to help you eat a full pie, they sell $5 slices & 2 of those puppies will fill me up. Tough to get a good $10 meal anywhere but Fratelli's does it right. A real gem in CR

Visiting CR with friends. Decided to stay in and watch the World Series, GO JAYS!! Ordered Three pizzas for 6 people, probably could have fed the entire floor of our hotel 😳 so good though!! Great customer service and DELICIOUS pizza!!
