Such a beautiful spot and sooo delicious! We tried a few different croissants and everything was spectacular! The coffee was also so delicious! The employees were really kind and helpful and the space is beautiful! They even have an area for kids :) make sure you read about the shop’s story. Can’t wait to visit again someday

Kid-friendliness: The spot has a little area for small kids with toys and other things to entertain.

It’s been two weeks and I’m still thinking about that banana caramel croissant. It’s a little expensive for baked goods, but worth it!

Came because of a recommendation by a friend. Mesmerized by the beautiful display of baked goods I quickly spent $27 for two pastries and a latte. By the time I sat down the spell was wearing off and I had a hard time enjoying my delicious treats knowing that I had just paid $8 for a croissant in Campbell River.

Superb croissants like they supposed to taste. European owners know well how to make them! Baristas very professional and know well how to make any coffee drinks with espresso machine. Charith has been always very cheerful and attentive to details. It was a pleasure spending the whole summer near this place! Would highly recommend to stop by!

The most expensive croissants we have ever got but they were worth every penny. Their premium chocolate croissant with dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate custard filling was heavenly ?.

Had the prosciutto/cheese croissant in the cafe.
Very little filling in a very large, hollow, tough to chew croissant. Won't return.

Persian Kiss (so good) plus raspberry croissant, cappuccino and lemonade. Probably the best on Vancouver island. Not cheap though.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a kids play area in the back :)

Decent croissants, but too overpriced for its quality. A similar pastry would be a few dollars cheaper if you waited for a different bakery at the Sunday farmers market. My pastry was also a little dry, which for the price being paid shouldn’t have happened.

There used to be just one good coffee shop in CR. I am delighted to find there are a few more, Freyja being one. Perfect micro foam with delicious pastries to boot. It’s always nice to go somewhere where every plant has a name. ?
