My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday and it was his night to cook... so he said let's go out. My favourite place to go for dinner, you couldn't get better food or service.

The first time we came here it was a great experience. Last night it was not good at all. Five for dinner $700. Both mine and my friends steak over and under cooked twice. When they took the steak away, they just took the steak?? As we sat waiting and waiting for our new steak everything else got cold. Why would we not get a fresh hot plate of food. My second attempt at steak was over cooked also and was not good, so needless to say I did not eat my dinner, over done steak and cold food. The crab and sauce was rancid (my husband tried to too and said the same thing) when I spoke to the owner I was brushed off and told it was just full of salt. So disappointing we don’t go out often but it was a special occasion and for that money and to be made to feel like it was not their fault and to be brushed off is unacceptable. Nothing removed from the bill zero accountability, I was told there was nothing wrong with the food.

Let me start by saying last time we ate here it was fantastic.This time very disappointed.lncredibly long before dinner was actually served.2 out of five steaks were sent back,one over done one under done.Instead of taking the entire two plates back they just take the meat.By the time the meat comes back the rest of the plate is cold.The crab with sauce was absolutely tasteless.Now for 700 bucks for 5 people I expect a perfectly cooked hot meal served in a reasonable amount of time,this is inexcusable.When complaints were made we were brushed off as being wrong.This left a very bad impression and honestly it makes it very difficult to come back or recommend to others which we have.I hope it's a one off but this was very disappointing.

With the atmosphere being cozy with a touch of elegance our Horbour grill experience was delightful. Starting with a warm blueberry tea (alcohol) was a great addition to the great veiws of discovery Harbour in the fall. My entrè of horseradish crusted rack of lamb (rare), accompanied by flavorful steamed vegetables, baked tomato and breaded mashed potatoes was outstanding. I highly suggest the Harbour grill for a very satisfying meal experience.

WOW!! What a fabulous restaurant. My husband and I went to the harbour grill for our anniversary . It was our first time there, the service was outstanding, the food was amazing. It's a lovely small restaurant with a view over looking the marina. We are looking forward to going back..

Had the local special sockeye salmon, wrapped in filo and stuffed with cream cheese, it came with seasonal vegetables and rice. It was superb. The waiter was excellent, although I don't remember his name. Next time 8m in Campbell River I'll be visiting again.
We had dinner here tonight. Right on tge waterfront. It's a small cozy restaurant with great service and delicious food. Would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. The service was great. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had. (I try many different places around the country). Literally everything on the appetizer menu was amazing, I think we had one of each and 2 of some. The French onion soup is a must. All the main dishes were perfect. We will definitely be back.
